Wie der Titel sagt, hat diese App meiner Meinung nach sehr viel Potential, man muss halt die Intervalle und so weiter richtig für sich einstellen aber dafür gibt es eine recht große Bandbreite an Einstellungsmöglichkeiten. Dass es nur auf Englisch ist, übt das schreiben auf Englisch, finde ich ehrlich gesagt ganz schön.

Detecting thinking traps and rethinking negative thoughts is basically the core of CBT. For people suffering from depression this little exercise can be extremely helpful. That's why I started doing it on my phone a while back. Now the app makes this even more convenient and effortless.
Only when writing down a whole list of thoughts I find that I have to scroll up and down a lot. Maybe that can be improved. And it would be great if the list of feelings was customizable.
Apart from these minor flaws it's an excellent app!

I've been suffering from depression for years. During my worst episodes just having an always available, easily concealed mood journal already helps more than you can imagine, especially if I have to be in public (transit, work, shopping,...). Moodnotes is this, and more. Thanks a lot!

Die App für die Watch ist nach derzeitigen Möglichkeiten echt hinterher:
- sie ist nicht optimiert für watchOS 2 (native Watch App)
- man kann die Stimmungen nicht mit der Crown durchgehen, sondern muss sie seitlich wischen - macht gar keinen Sinn!
- es ist nur ein Reminder am Tag möglich
- keine Anbindung an Health-Kit
