The most beautiful and artistic weather app

Version 3.1
This is a weather app but at the same time it's art.
The information is displayed beautifully and navigating through the app is a charm. The animations work really well.
It has all the even you need, weather, sun, moon and even the tides.
I don't understand the times when the moon rises and sets, thought. It rises in the morning and sets in the afternoon?
A German localization would be great, the words are few and short, should be a quick job.
