While you’re waiting for the update to install, read up on a few new shiny features from our prior release:
• Save Workouts.
Save and name a workout to perform again later. To save a workout, tap on the ••• button in the Workout tab. Or, save a previously performed workout by tapping the gear icon at the bottom of the exercise list in the Log tab. Your saved workouts are accessed in the New and Elite menus.
• Per Arm, Per Leg and With Bar labels.
For unilateral exercises (movements that are produced by one limb), a “Per Arm” or “Per Leg” label is displayed next to the Rep and Weight fields. Dumbbell exercises are often unilateral movements. Additionally, the label “With Bar” is displayed next to the weight field for barbell exercises, indicating that the weight amount should include the weight of the bar.
