Smeta me što novi korisnik dobije 50% popusta a postoječi korisnik ne naprimer e-simpa. Mislim da bi trebalo postoječim korisnicima iste ponude dati. Nažalost je to svugdje tako Banke Itd.

Unclear pricing, feel cheated
I set the App up to extend the validity of my holiday package. So I charged it with money. But the price is much more expensive that the original card. That was not communicated at all. I was planning to pay 10 EUR for unlimited internet for a week but now I have already paid fifty for three days.

Wieso kommt man nach Kroatien und erwartet das jeder Deutsch spricht? Diese Bewertungen sind einfach nur peinlich. Wenn du kein Englisch kannst ist es NUR dein Problem. Lern Kroatisch oder gehe raus. So einfach ist es. Hauptsache wenn einer kein deutsch kann in Deutschland dann beschwert man sich . Lächerliches doppelmoral. Heul woanders und leiser.

Aplikacija nije korisna jer jako puno opcija nedostaje samo ću jednu reci koje sve ostale aplikacjje takvog tipa imanju telefonski poziv da možeš kontaktirati a ne usrani chat na sto tražite previše podataka za informacije dovoljno vam je ulica broj i mjesto
Ako mi odgovara onda direktno i u četiri oka razgovaramo sto ćemo preko interneta je veliko smeće za takve ugovore iskusio sam to sranje

Money just disappears from your account
Ich habe die App installiert, um Guthaben auf meine prepaid Daten Karte zu laden. Danach habe ich 8€ geladen und unmittelbar danach für 3,49€ eine 3 Tage Unlimited Internet Option gebucht. Als Guthaben verblieben mir dann 0,51€. Keiner konnte oder wollte mir sagen was mit den verschwunden 4€ passiert ist. Ich hätte sie wohl irgendwie verbraucht in den 2 Minuten zwischen der Aufladung und dem Kauf der Option. Dabei war ich in der Zeit nicht über die Daten Karte verbunden, da sie vor dieser Transaktion aufgebraucht war und kein Internet Zugang damit möglich war. Abgesehen davon ist der Support unterirdisch. Musste meine Situation etliche Male wiederholen da plötzlich immer andere Mitarbeiter im Chat waren, die aber mein Chatverlauf nicht lesen konnten und am Ende mir nicht weiterhelfen konnten oder wollten.

Ich habe mir die App vor einigen Monaten geladen, da war alles nur auf kroatisch. Jetzt nochmal neu geladen und man kann Englisch auswählen. Geht doch.
Was allerdings bei mir nicht geht ist die Chat-Funktion.

Ne radi kako treba!
Nažalost moram reci da aplikacija uopće ne radi kako treba. Na početku sam imao sve svoje podatke i račune mogao platiti isto. Nažalost nakon toga je počelo sve brisat ne pokaže niti račune niti podatke. Nažalost mi nije nitko mogao pomoć u tom pitanju tako da je jedna zvijezdica od pet. Šteta!

Beste Netz in Kroatien und die Bedienung ist einfach u übersichtlich, für jeden Laien relativ einfach zu bedienen… Der Tarif ist einfach spitze/ 10 Tage Flatrate für 7,96€ was will man da noch sagen billiger geht es kaum… Bin super zufrieden und kann 10 Tage lang surfen Video Netflix ect schauen oder sonstige Sachen übers Internet erledigen ohne das ich mir Gedanken machen muss über Kosten oder verbrauchtes Gigabyte die man sonst ja kaufen muss … Das ist 10 Tage eine vollwertige Flatrate da spielt es keine Rolle wie lange ich im www bin oder std lang telefonieren kann oder zocken kann bis zu 10 Tagen lang u das für 7,96€ für 10 Tage ohne jegliche Beschränkung mega und günstig , da sollte Deutschland sich mal eine Scheibe von abschneiden.!!!!
Wünsche euch viel Spaß mit dem Tarif Sympa ….!

Die App ist nicht nutzbar und zeigt sogar falsche Informationen. Es gibt leider keine Funktion die richtig funktioniert. Telekom in Kroatien hat mangelnde Qualität. Auf Nachfrage bei Telekom: „Wieviel Geld miss ich Zahlen um einen nicht gedrosselten Tarif zu bekommen“ - Antwort: „So etwas gibt es nicht“. Kann nur von der App abraten und bin selbst zufrieden zu A1 gewechselt.

Guthaben wird bei weiterer Aufladung überschrieben
Ein bereits vorhandenes Guthaben wird bei einer erneuten Aufladung der prepaid Karte überschrieben. Damit wird man de facto betrogen.
Ob das ein Softwarefehler ist oder Methode kann ich nicht sagen. Es ist sehr ärgerlich. Darüber hinaus ist die App bilingual. Auch wenn man Englisch einstellt, bekommt man die wichtigen Menüpunkte nur in Landessprache, hier in Kroatisch. Wer soll das verstehen?

Quite basic
Enables basic functions, but what is missing (at least for tourists):
1. Why can I book via the app the daily flat „dan“, but not weekly flat (only works by SMS)
2. Why does the flat „dan“ not show the termination-time of the flat? It is only shown „Active“. It would be helpful to see the end-time or even better to get additionally a message in the app about the flat‘s termination. (Ok, you get an SMS but this does not help in a Wifi-Router)
3. Biggest wish (and that is more towards Telekom and not for the App): at the end of a flat, you surf on a very expensive option HRK for KB, so if you do not manage to extend the flat in time, your credit is finished in a wink of an eye. This could be solved more customer-friendly.
