Where is the download function?
Paying premium for a service like this being a digital normad I cannot understand why this app doesn’t offer an offline function like any other good app. In addition loading the content sometimes takes ages.

Very disappointed
I have paid for ONE month,because I first wanted to see what’s about yet when I tried to access a new program a few days ago,(about one week left from my subscription time),didn’t let me start it unless I will renew my subscription (which I wanted to do but I’ve decided against it because of the disrespect)… I’ve paid for one whole month for some s&/t you can find on YouTube for free and I wasn’t able to even see the content for the whole month. There are better programs out there and much cheaper don’t waste your money with this subscription

Great content but…
The content and courses are great but the app is terrible. Programs are very slow to load if they even load at all. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling. To no avail. I think for a subscription of hundreds of dollars, an adequate app should be required.

I can not cancel my membership
The app is great, but if something is trying to cancel it’s membership, it simply does not allow it - it is just saying an error and to contact a human for a support is just not possible. I have just spent two hours trying to complete my cancellation without any success so far.

No access to my annual subscription
Hi App Team,
since the „forgot password“ function is not working, I contacted the support 8 weeks ago to send new login details. So far nobody felt the obligation to answer- which leads to the fact that I’ve paid 400€ for content I have no access to. That’s highly disappointing.

I am very familiar with the spiritual world for 20 years and this is just mind boggling - he pretends when you buy ALL ACCESS that you would have access to ALL workshops but all it is are some interviews that you can very well just watch on YouTube. EVERY workshop is an additional 397 dollars, can you believe this??? Total SCAM- do not buy anything. And this is my first bad review in life - congratulations on that Vishen Lakhiani!!!

Sehr langsame Kundenbetreuung
An sich ist Mindvalley wirklich top, aber Kundenbetreuung ist so langsam. Dass ich jetzt mein Abo nicht mehr verlängern werden. Es kann nicht sein, dass Mindvally nach mehrmaligen anschrieben 6-10 Tage braucht um eine Frage zu beantworten. Und leider wird die Frage nicht mal richtig beantwortet und dann muss man wieder Tage warten bis eine Antwort kommt. Mindvally bitte bearbeitet eure Kundenbetreuung, wenn ihr eure Kunden Behalten wollt.

Eine Runde Sache!
Bei Mindvalley geht es um ganzheitliches transformatives Lernen und nicht nur um das verstandesmäßige Erfassen von Informationen. Die Inhalte sind wirklich gut: vielseitig, klar und gut aufbereitet. Das Lernkonzept mit der App ist ein runde Sache: kleine Lektionen begleiten den Teilnehmer über einen längeren Zeitraum im Alltag. Dabei kann jeder selbst wählen, wie intensiv man sich in den Prozess einbringen will bzw. kann. Es geht immer wieder um Selbstreflexion; dazu wird man ganz praktisch mit den passende Fragen, Übungen und Meditaionen begleitet und geführt.
Für mich ist Mindvalley ein große Hilfe und Bereicherung, da es neben den sehr gut Inhalten eine Plattform und Struktur bietet. Das Nutzen der App im Alltag ist einfach, spielerisch und macht Freude!

Nach dem letzten Update, muss man erst online gehen, um die Meditationen offline anhören zu können. Das widerspricht sich irgendwie selbst und macht es umständlich.
Das Vor- und Zurückspulen funktioniert noch immer nicht wirklich (IOS).
Ich wäre dankbar, wenn diese Punkte richtig laufen würden.

Diese App kann ich empfehlen, jeder Cent lohnt sich. Ich war vor einem Jahr bei einem live Mindvalley Seminar in Kroatien in Pula für mehrere Tage.
