HOW DOES IT WORK
Data is synced using 3 easy steps. After your first sync you can use One Click Sync
1. In the app, sign into Fitbit.com using your account credentials
2. Pick the fitness fields (steps, sleep, etc..) you want to sync with Apple Health
3. Click the "Sync Now" button to start syncing your Fitbit data with Apple Health
To avoid seeing duplicate activity data in the Apple Health app disable fitness tracking on your iPhone. Go to Settings->Privacy->Motion & Fitness and disable Fitness Tracking

Nothing useful in basic app
Only pro version gives you some use, in basic you only can see steps that's it. Pro is very expensive so in my case its cheaper to buy a different balance as to make apple and fitbit data merged.

Nichtvakzeptabel
Unübersichtliche Grundeinstellungen, andauernd Werbung für die Pro-Version. Sync mit Health funktioniert nicht in der normalen Version (man darf die App nicht verlassen, sie steuert aber selbst die Fitbit-App an). Auto-Sync nur in Pro-Version für inakzeptable 10€ im Monat. Diese App ist leider nutzlos.
Zusatz: auch wenn ich es mittlerweile geschafft habe, die Synchronisation zu schaffen: es bleibt, das man leider die Aufzeichnungen von Apple Health ausschalten muss, damit nicht doppelt getrackt wird. Damit habe ich mir die Schritte aus fitbit in der Health App, der Rest wir Fahradfahren wird ja nicht mehr aufgezeichnet. Um das auch aus fitbit in Health zu bekommen sind 10€ pro Monat oder43€ Jar oder 70€ einmalig für lifetime fällig. Völlig überteuert für eine reine synchronisations-App.

ständige Abo-Versuche
hat nur 2 Monate funktioniert, dann fanden z. B. keine Schlafaufzeichnungen mehr statt. Nach weiteren Problemen wurde ein Neustart u. Neuinstallation empfohlen. Dann ging erstmal gar nichts mehr außer ständiger Abo-Angebote, obwohl ich noch keine 6!Monate das Gerät besaß. Alles nur nervig.

Überragenden Werte für Trainings sehr rudimentär und Gewichte völlig falsch
Ich wollte eigentlich nur der Vollständigkeit halber meine Fitbit-Daten bzgl der Trainings und Eintragungen zu meinem Körpergewicht in die Health-App übertragen lassen, da ich seit 2020 von einer Fitbit auf eine AppleWatch gewechselt bin.
Leider werden bei den Trainings nur die Trainingszeit und die Gesamtkalorien übertragen, jedoch keine HR-Werte o.ä.
Gut, dachte mir, dass das ggf. zu komplexe Daten sind und nicht so einfach "auseinander zu stricken" sind.
Was mich aber extrem gewundert und am Ende auch geärgert hat waren die komplett falschen Werte beim Körpergewicht.
Das sind ja mal die einfachsten Daten die übertragen werden können und hier hatte ich völlig wilde Abweichungen von 5-8kg.
Ich habe mich außerdem 1x die Woche gewogen, was die App jedoch dazu verleitet hat diesen wöchentlichen Wert für JEDEN TAG der Woche in die Health-App einzutragen 🤷🏻♂️
Also meine Empfehlung hat die App für 10,99€ definitiv nicht...

Jedesmal die unnütze Werbung, dann die Aufforderung eine Bewertung abzugeben. Leider verdeckt dieses Feld die Tastatur. Man kann also keine Bewertung abgeben. Eigentlich so sollte man Null Sterne geben.

Funktioniert nicht richtig
Kann die positive Bewertung nicht nachvollziehen. Erstmal: wenn man in beide Richtungen synchronisieren möchte, braucht man zwei Apps, was richtig unpraktisch ist, gerade wenn man manuell synchronisiert.
Gerade, wenn man die Fitbit mal nicht an hat, dann ist es anders herum auch sinnvoll.
Allerdings funktioniert auch die Synchronisation nicht richtig. Als ich die Sync App zum ersten Mal getestet hatte, hatte das vermeintlich noch funktioniert. Jetzt tut sich irgendwie nichts mehr.
Dabei ist mir auch aufgefallen, dass in der Health App auch nicht alles übernommen wird. Für die Schrittzahl kann z.B die Präferenzquelle eingestellt werden. Wird nun aber die Fitbit vor das IPhone gestellt, wird primär das aus der Fitbit übernommen. Es wird nicht abgewägt, welcher Wert realistischer ist, weil dieser eben höher ist. Klar, kann es nicht differenzieren, wie viele Schritte nur mit der Fitbit oder nur mit dem Handy gezählt wurden, allerdings sollte es machbar sein, den höchsten Wert zu nehmen. So bringt die Synchronisation leider gar nichts. Für die Leistung der App ist auch die nervige Werbung absolut ungerechtfertigt. Und auch die Pro Version würde nichts an dem Mangel ändern.

11 Euro wollen die pro Monat haben. Für eine App, die einfach Daten von einer App auf die andere überträgt. Ansonsten bekommt man nur die Schritte synchronisiert und ständig Werbung. Die wissen genau was den Fitbit Benutzern fehlt und benutzen das um reich zu werden.
Fitibit sollte seine Daten selber übertragen können. Ich zahle das auf jeden Fall nicht und suche mir ne andere smartwatch

Inaccurate transfer of data
Steps are spread evenly between hours of the day instead of them being shown accurately throughout the day. On top of that, resting energy and active activity are wrong, as it calculates too much active and not enough resting energy. This leads to problems with other apps using the health data.

Ich habe die App vor einem Jahr gekauft. Sie funktioniert grundsätzlich. Die Schritte wurden jedoch in Health addiert. Jetzt sind die Leistungen, die ich bereits bezahlt habe auf einmal nur noch im Abo verfügbar und ich soll noch mal für mittelmäßig Leistungen bezahlen?!

Verbindet ja, detailliert nein
Die App verbindet und synchronisiert Fitbit und Apple Health. Allerdings werden die Schritte nicht detailliert in den jeweils getätigten Zeiträumen angezeigt, sondern auf den ganzen Tag random verteilt. Das hat zur Folge, dass die getätigten Schritte teils doppelt gezählt werden, nämlich die vom Handy und zusätzlich die von der Fitbit-Uhr.
Deshalb nur 2 Sterne.

Da die Daten nur tagesweise von Fitbit gelesen werden können, schreibt die App diese zur Uhrzeit 23:59:59 in Apple Health. Hier würde ich mir wünschen, dass der Zeitpunkt konfigurierbar ist, da viele Apps im Apple-Health-Ökosystem diese Zeit für ihre Tätigkeit einbeziehen und die Daten somit erst am nächsten Tag sichtbar sind.

Disappointing
The steps taken and distance walked does not transfer cleanly into Apple Health. Total steps per day is OK, but it is evenly divided over 24 hours, rather than transferred in the time buckets in which it was collected. Disappointing.

Frechheit für den Preis - Abzocke!
Funktioniert nicht - die Vom Fitbit aufgezeichneten Aktivitäten sind im Apple nicht synchronisiert! Dass nicht einzelne Aktivitäten wie Schwimmen etc. Zu erkennen sind ist vielleicht noch entschuldbar - aber es ist nichts an Aktivität zu sehen! Frechheit für den Preis - Abzocke!

App macht was wie soll. Leider dauerte es bei mir einige Tage, bis der automatische Sync funktionierte. Das ist aber laut Support leider technisch bedingt und wegen Apples Vorgaben nicht andwrbar. Support ist auch super freundlich, daher 10/10!

Medocre app
I bought this app because I saw the good ratings and hoped this app could properly sync my data. But as I had to realize it just does what free apps can do: import all-day data at 23:59 so you cannot see at what time you walked how many steps etc. in the Health app. I really hope the auto-sync is working, otherwise it is a 1 star app as it would not offer features that explain the price! And also the design looks like a 5 year old kid made it in 2010!

Don't do it!! It's a huge waste of money!!
Does not sync properly AT ALL with the Apple Health app. If it had only cost one or two Euros it wouldn't be a big deal, but €7,- !! I'll stick to the great Fitbit app and the new Ionic fitness tracker that will be released next month from Fitbit!
