Zu langsam. Bietet einem oft plötzlich andere Wörter an, so dass man genau dann tippt, wenn das zuerst angebotene Wort weg ist. Deswegen mehr Durcheinander als Hilfe. App gelöscht.
Für PC ist grammarly aber empfehlenswert.

So when you voice in text instead of holding down on the space button and it goes to the app, I was thinking it had it’s own button instead of having to wait for it to enter the app you just press it and it stays on the app your on as you talk into it.

When I write ”I feel better Then (should be Than) him, but than (should be Them) he got better.
Grammarly will not see it as wrong but it is, and that is a bit of a bummer.

Habe Grammarly Premium erworben. Als App auf dem iPhone installieren wollte, wurde ich aufgefordert, vollumfänglichen Zugriff auf alle meine Daten (auch Kreditkarten, Bankdaten etc) zu erteilen, ansonsten würde die App nicht funktionieren.
Mache ich natürlich nicht. Die sind doch völlig unverschämt!!!

Great job! With the latest update, I lost my account information on all devices, and I can‘t access it. Resetting the password doesn‘t work too. Contacting support via the website is impossible.
Regardless of the last update, a few questions remain: Why does the App need full access to all keyboards, thus being able to spy on me, even with a premium account? Why there are ”qwerz” keyboards not available or supported?

I purchased an annual package but I do not satisfied with the app. It does not work properly on mobile (iPhone). The app and the tab are always disappear from my phone or constantly spinning and does not underline mistakes. So I have upgraded to Premium but cannot use it’s features. On my PC, it is working together only with World and Outlook. Do not correct ppt and Excel files. I would like to purchase it to my colleagues/team but first I tested, and it is failed.

I am a premium user, so I expected to have an app that can check my text like on the desktop. However, this “app“ is designed for ipad, but has no functionality. It just guides you to install the iPhone keyboard.
It is not possible to check text you type in via external keyboard or use any other features the iPad Pro is offering. Very poor, I expected more for my monthly premium subscription. The ipad is a desktop replacement since some year. Grammarly has not heard about this yet, as it seems.
The even block the iPad browser from using the web spell check and redirect you to a website where can just download the useless keyboard...
I plan to not continue to use Grammarly, meaning to expend my premium membership once more because of this and informed the company as well. For now, this is a really bad app to have for iPad

Die App fordert eine permanente Internetverbindung und eine Erlaubnis, alle Eingaben, die man mit seinem Gerät tätigt mitzuschneiden und an die Entwickler zu schicken, um meine Eingaben korrigieren zu können. Ohne die Erlaubnis macht die App genau nichts.
Fand die App sehr interessant, aber sowas geht gar nicht, da auch Passwörter und Bankdaten mitgeschnitten und versendet werden!

Since loading this app the keyboard response time has slowed down dramatically.
The worst thing is that without Granndmalee (ffs doesn't even get its own name right) at least my spelling mistakes get highlighted - so I have a warning I've made a mistake before I send anything. Since loading it I have never sent so many messages with selling mistakes - I was actually accused or being drunk or hung over at 9am yesterday because I sent such a garbled string if characters that people did not believe it was me.
J have had to re-read and self correct this text before posting.

Die App kann nichts besonderes . Sie korrigiert nur deine Rechtschreibfehler oder Fehler bei der Kommersetzung. Grammatikalische Fehler übersieht die App einfach . Du kannst total grammatikalisch unkorrekte Sätze verfassen und die App verbessert dich nicht. Da kann man auch einfach die normale Autokorrektur benutzt. Zusätzlich hat die App Zugriff auf ALLES was du schreibst auch Passwörter oder Kreditkartennummern .

Keine Korrektur, keine Fehlererkennung, keine deutsche Korrektur, aber es wird gesamter Zugriff auf alle Daten benötigt. Die App arbeitet nicht nur unglaublich langsam, sie erkennt zudem keinen meiner absichtlich gemachten Fehler, getestet natürlich in englischer Sprache. Selbst Apples eigene Korrekturvorschläge sind da konkreter und besser, und dass soll schon was heißen. Schade schade, dafür dass das Programm angepriesen wird, hatte ich etwas mehr erwartet.

Es ist so aufgebaut, dass Vorschläge gemacht und mit Tippen umgesetzt werden. Dabei lerne ich durch die Erklärung immer was und begreife sogar langsam durch Gewöhnung die Kommaregeln.
Und entdecke Mini-Fehler, die ich schon ewig machte ...

Ich habe die App kurz nach Installation wieder gelöscht:

Alle Texte "könnten" an die Entwickler weitergeleitet werden.
Ich gebe mich mit einem könnte nicht zufrieden; es muss klar heißen, "can't access or store' was die jeweilige Person eingibt.
Auf die momentane Art auf jeden Fal nicht
empfehlenswert.

This keyboard doesn’t seem to work as well as a browser plugin or a desktop version. It cannot recognize very basic cases like its/it’s misuse, it just always shows that everything is correct. I don’t see any purpose of having a such pointless keyboard and giving it a full access. I do not recommend this keyboard to anyone.

While it runs on PC excellent, I have problems to use it on my mobile Apple devices. I am a non-native English speaker, and I assume part of the target group. I am using a German version of the Magic Keyboard. It only works with the app when you can type ”blindly” and know the locations of the letters y and z and the punctuation marks. If you are writing bilingual texts you will run into troubles. It works 90% fine with the PC version but it is too complicated with he Apple iOS keyboard version of the app.

Mir hilft die App sehr wenn ich englische Aufsätze am PC tippe, mich mit englisch-sprachigen austausche oder auf englisch etwas verfasse. Fehler werden benannt, und auch noch erklärt warum sie falsch sind und können bei Bedarf direkt verbessert werden. Sehr einfache Handhabung.

I love this app. Nearly all 3 or fewer stars are talking about sending your credit card numbers to the developer. Well, what about changing your keyboard for that proposes. But if I really need to write something in English it is very helpful.

Ich bin sicher kein ‚native speaker‘ in der englischen Sprache.
Aber wenn die Erweiterung nicht einmal erkennt, dass ich in einem Satz Worte versehentlich doppelt hintereinander schreibe, dann fällt diese App bei mir einfach mal durch den Qualitätsanspruch durch.
Auch Sätze, welche man mit deutschen Wörtern testweise auffüllt, weil einem die englische Übersetzung im Moment fehlt, werden anstandslos als „great work“ betitelt und nicht als Fehler erkannt.
Die App soll mir helfen, meine Text zu verbessern.
Wenn sie bereits bei solchen trivialen Test scheitert, kann es nicht mehr als einen Stern geben.
