YouAte – the mindful food diary and tracker that enhances self-awareness.
Our days are jam packed, and we’re constantly running from one place to another. Do we actually remember what we snacked on earlier today or even yesterday? Do we remember how many handfuls we actually ate of those nuts or berries?
YouAte helps us realize what we actually ate as opposed to what we think we ate. We tend to underestimate the shitty food or overestimate the healthy food, No matter what we ate YouAte shows it to us—so we can make a mindful decision going forward!
Most of us are not aware of our hunger cues. Did we eat because we were hungry? Were we out with friends and everyone else was eating? Do we sit at a table with others when we eat? Are we constantly eating in front of the TV? The environment and surroundings all influence how and what we eat.
YouAte helps you quickly capture your meal before you eat. With a few simple taps you can keep notes about your meal and learn about your hunger cues. You’ll soon realize how food affects your day-to-day activities and performance in and out of the office. YouAte helps track the time of your meal and the time between meals. If you are starving by lunchtime, you can see what you had earlier. Maybe you didn’t eat the right food to fuel you throughout the morning. YouAte helps you connect the dots to understand your mood and energy!
YouAte is your personal food diary. On it’s own it enhances your mindfulness and self-awareness. If you choose, it can be shared with your coach, nutritionist, or close friends for additional motivation. Whether you share it or keep it private, YouAte helps you become a healthier you.

PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION
Most of YouAte’s core features are free to use and will stay free. Upgrading to a premium account will unlock some additional features to help you stay on a healthy path.
Processing of a subscription is handled by Apple. Your credit card will be charged through your iTunes account when you confirm your purchase. Subscription renews automatically at the same price, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription term. You can manage subscriptions in Account Settings in iTunes after purchase. Refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the subscription term.

Giant emoji support for text-only meals! Try it by adding a single emoji or two. Have fun with it!
Easier to add photos to Favorites from the meal detail view. Simply tap the star icon on the photo. Wow, that was easy! (premium feature)
Quick access icons on the meal detail pages — delete, favorite, or share a meal photo. You can also tap on the On/Off-Path icon to quickly change it.
Better way to invite friends — send them an invite link or go old school and click on “Show my invite code” to display your code in a BIG way across your screen.
