Schon sehr gut, aber…

Ich finde die App super. Man kann viel personalisieren und alle wichtigen Merkmale hinterlegen.
Allerdings gibt es ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die meiner Meinung nach verbessert werden könnten:
Die Auto Crop Funktion klappt so mittel. Selbst wenn man z.B. ein schwarzes Top auf weißem Hintergrund als Foto von einem Onlineshop wählt, ist das Programm nicht in der Lage das korrekt auszuschneiden.
Außerdem wäre es super, dass Outfits im Kalender automatisch zu „Packing“ hinzugefügt wird, wenn man für diesen Termin eine Veranstaltung angelegt hat.

Since the update ALL my looks and items are gone!

Already sent five emails, absolutely nobody got back to me, the work of two complete years is gone and I even have a premium account, means I paid for this.

Everything gone despite ProVersion

I have been using Smart Closet App since August 2018. In July 2021 for EUR 10.99 I purchased the backup & synch function and never had any trouble so far.
However, since upgrading to iOS 16.1.2. and loading the latest CLOSET version my closet items and my looks do not show anymore upon logging into the app. They still show on the smartclosetme website, though. How do I restore them in the app?? I contacted support 2 weeks ago but have not heard back…
Basically a great app which I have enjoyed using. PLEASE be considerate of the time and effort people invested into maintaining their app content. Can somebody PLEASE work on the issue and get back to me/us? Thanks!!!

Einfach sauer !!

Ich habe für die Pro Version gezahlt und es macht kein Back up !!! Macht euch nicht die mühe wenn euch die app einmal aus dem Account rauswirft dann ist alles gelöscht und die zeit die ihr investiert habt umsonst ….

Praktisch, wenn da nicht….

Eigentlich hätte die App alles, was man braucht. Was mich allerdings stört ist, dass mein Stapel an „Looks unworn“ immer größer wird - obwohl sie getragen wurden. Da scheint doch ein bug drin zu sein. Das nimmt mir derzeit wirklich den Spaß an der App. Mit dem Support zu kommunizieren funktioniert zumindest via Facebook gleich gar nicht, bis auf einen Autoresponder passiert nichts.

Idee gut, Synchronisation eine Frechheit

Ich habe die App auf Androide genutzt, alles war gut, synchronisieren hat geklappt.
Jetzt bin ich auf iPhone, habe gerne 4€ bezahlt, kann aber nicht nur nicht mein Backup laden sondern auch überhaupt kein Backup machen wenn ich nicht noch mehr bezahle. Ich mochte nicht nochmal alles neu hochladen. Über die Webseite geht es auch nicht.

Tolle App und kompetentes Team

Ich war ganz begeistert von der App.
Finde das lookbook und die Möglichkeit sich Outfit-Kombination nach Regeln vorschlagen zu lassen echt super. Habe mir viel Mühe gemacht meinen Kleiderschrank hochzuladen. Leider stürzte die App danach immer wieder ab. Darauf hin habe ich die Entwickler kontaktiert. Und siehe da- es gibt ab heute ein neues Update und die App funktioniert wieder einwandfrei.
Danke für den schnellen Fix. Ich freue mich diese gelungene App wieder regelmäßig nutzen zu können!

gute Idee und zeitaufwändig

Um die bereits vorhandenen Kleidungsstücke ( inklusive Schmuck und Schuhe) aufzunehmen, um diese anschließend zu Looks zusammenzubringen, verbringt man sehr viel Zeit.
Ansonsten klappt es ganz gut. Ich bin zufrieden.

Viele Apps ausprobiert doch diese App gefällt mir am besten

Die App ist gut hat jedoch Verbesserungspotenzial. Sehr wenige Standard Shops wie z.B Pimkie, Zara usw. Man kann die Kleidung katalogisieren jedoch beim Suchen in der App nach Kriterien zum Beispiel nur Kleidungsstücke die schwarz sind sehe ich trotzdem alle Kleidungsstücke und nicht nur die schwarzen. Trotz allem ist es die beste App die ich bisher gefunden habe. Nach Verbesserungsupdates würde ich auf jeden Fall 5 Sterne geben.
