Leider kaum Export Möglichkeiten zu Apple Health, wie zb Herzrate, Steigung, Geschwindigkeit. Wiederfinden von aktuellen Trainings sehr schwierig. Trainingsreihen schwer in Kalender zu buchen

Es funktionierte, dann leider abgebrochen, weißer Bildschirm, keine Verbindung ohne mich zu benachrichtigen. Ich kann mich nicht einloggen, ich bezahle mein monatliches Konto, mann nur die machine voll nutzen wenn man then abo macht, die Verbindung und die App funktioniert nicht, einfach so aus nichts,!!!! Server kann und wird nicht gefunden, und keine richtig suporte nur ein robot, und andren mensagens, ich kann keine Verbindung herstellen, mich einlogen und die Programme nutzen, und das plötzlich, es ist sehr traurig Für mich, weil ich dieses Gerät gekauft habe, um es mit dem Programm zu verwenden, und die meisten Dinge, die ich damit mache, mit dieser App mache, und ich mein Konto monatlich bezahle, das Geld wird brav abgezogen .... bitte, ich muss mich mit der App anmelden, um das Laufband zu benutzen, bitte, ich bitte daher um Unterstützung dieses Problem zu lösen.
It worked, then unfortunately aborted, white screen, no connection without notifying me. I can't log in, I pay my monthly account, you can only use the machine fully if you then subscribe, the connection and the app don't work, just like that, out of nowhere,!!!! Server can't and won't be found, and no proper support, just a robot, and other things, I can't connect, log in and use the programs, and all of a sudden, it's very sad for me, because I bought this device, to use it with the program and most of the things I do with it I do with this app and I pay my account monthly the money is deducted nicely.... please I have to sign in with the app to to use the treadmill, please, so I am asking for your support to solve this problem

Das Rudergerät selbst ist gut, die App jedoch ist schlecht programmiert, unübersichtlich, mit ständigen Aussetzern, wenig innovativ und dazu noch völlig überteuert.

Ich rudere seit fast einem Jahr und die anfängliche Begeisterung hat einer Ernüchterung Platz gemacht: Ich habe im Support notwendige Verbesserung angeregt wie z.B. ein Vergleich seiner Trainingssession - wie ist der Verlauf, habe ich mich verbessert etc… oder auch Sessions mit mehreren Wiederholungen, da möchte ich sehen wie der Verlauf ist und den vergleichen. Oder auch Kleinigkeiten, dass ich das Panorama in den Rudervideos nicht sehe, da am oberen Bildschirmrand die Statistiken stehen d.h. Videos anpassen oder Statistiken verschiebbar oder ausblendbar machen etc. Es wurde davon nichts realisiert Ebenso gibt es auch kaum neue Trainings z.B. es gibt nur zwei Ausdauertrainings länger als 50 min. Am Anfang prima - aber keinerlei Verbesserung, die den Preis einer Verlängerung rechtfertigen ☹️

Die Maschine kostet über 700€ und das soll die einzige App sein die auf dem Gerät läuft … das ist ein Witz man versucht sich anzumelden über Facebook und es geht nicht … ok dann ohne Facebook und auch hier nur Fehlermeldung … dann soll man auch erstmal die Kreditkarte eingeben … denn ohne kann man mit der App scheinbar nix machen.
Ein Stern ist noch Zuviel schade das der Hersteller Proformarechnung nur mit iFit kooperiert das macht das Gerät für mich auch so schlecht wie die App ist
