ING Banking is ING's new banking app. A new look, simplified navigation and numerous advantages make managing your money even easier. New features are being added all the time. So log in regularly to check for updates!

Tip: do you use your bank account for work reasons or to manage your investments? If so, we would recommend that you keep the ING Smart Banking app for the time being. We will let you know as soon as the new app is ready for you!
Your bank wherever and whenever you want
Manage most of your everyday operations right from your smartphone or tablet and avoid time-consuming trips to your branch. It's so much easier! Right now you can:
• Check out the balance and history of your current and savings accounts.
• Transfer money in euro (SEPA)
• Pay for purchases in some stores and online without having to use your debit card using the Payconiq feature.
• Pay back your friends and colleagues instantly with the Bancontact feature
• Increase your debit card limit or order a new one
• etc.
Easy install
Make sure you have your ING card reader and ING debit card at hand before downloading the app. The app installs in just 2 minutes. Maybe you don’t have a card reader? Order one now at ing.be/cardreader
Secure access
Once the app is installed and your profile created, you can access it using a 5-digit code. For your security, the app is automatically locked after 3 minutes without any activity. So your accounts are safe!

This app is a step backwards. I lost all my saved payments that I make regularly, really annoying. In the message field you can’t use dots, slashes, comas, etc; I wonder why?
The overall usability is inferior, this app does not bring any new functionality. I wonder what is the point of this app?

Impossible de payer par bancontact sur Amazon par exemple. Quand on se plaint on ne reçoit pas de reponse. Quelle application idiote. Je suis tellement en rage que je changerais de banque si je pouvais!

Die neue App ist eher ein Schritt rückwärts als vorwärts. Sämtliche Informationen fehlen ,man kann nicht die deutsche Sprachen auswählen und die Synchronisation ist nicht so gut wie bei bei der vorherigen App. Das Design ist gewöhnungssache wobei ich das alte recht unkomplizierter fand

The new app does not contain the same amount of information about accounts. Can't change the language to German, which was possible with the old App, and given that German is one of the official languages in Belgium is a no-go. No good total overview. Less functions.
Hope this will be adjusted.

Also, the products section is for new products. But do not show the ones i already have (travel).
