Wie ich finde ist es sehr interessant und gerade weil es mit dem Lovecraft Ängsten spielt bestimmt mega genial. Dennoch nur 4 Sterne weil mein Schulenglisch nicht mehr das Beste ist und ich daher auf eine deutsche Übersetzung hoffe. Da wäre ich auch bereit nochmal einen kleinen Betrag zu zahlen. 😉

Cultist Simulator habe ich bereits seit einigen Monaten auf meinem PC gespielt aber die Ipad Version finde ich nochmal eine ganze Ecke besser.
Das Interface und Gameplay fühlt sich per Touchscreen eleganter und stimmiger an. Die Atmosphäre in diesem Spiel lässt sich allenfalls mit dem ebenso ausgezeichneten Titel „Sunless Sea“ vom gleichen Entwickler vergleichen.
Texte und Story sind großartig geschrieben und erinnern an die Geschichten und Stimmung in Lovecraft Geschichten. Meiner Meinung nach würde ich sogar dieses Spiel als eines der besten Spiele in dieser Richtung bezeichnen.
Gute Englisch Kentnisse sind Vorraussetzung. Ich denke aber durch eine deutsche Übersetzung würde einiges der Atmosphäre die das Spiel aufbaut verlorengehen.
Es ist fordernd und spannend und bedarf daher einiger Eingewöhnungszeit. Aber dann ist es faszinierend und fesselt einen geradezu an den Bildschirm.
Für Freunde von Lovecraft und ungewöhnlicher Spiele ein Geheimtipp. Der Entwickler verdient Unterstützung. Bravo !

I clocked in a reasonable amount of hours for the PC version of this game and just wanted to buy the mobile one to support the developer. To my surprise I must admit: the tablet version is even better. If you are into this sort of tough gameplay it’s an incredible rewarding and deep game to play.
