All around the world, thousands of men find themselves trapped in negative, habitual thought and behavior patterns. You know what we're talking about: endless scrolling through useless noise, unending binges of shows you stopped caring about three seasons ago, two-three-four-five drinks per night celebrating nothing in particular, we live for the weekends and then waste them away.
Surely, we were made for more than this.
Exodus 90 is an introduction to a different kind of life: a life of responsibility and meaning and freedom. Freedom from our vices and freedom to live a life for others: our families, friends, and communities. Exodus 90 calls you to follow a disciplined life of prayer, asceticism, and fraternity. Over the course of ninety days, you will say goodbye to creature comforts and find new life in Christ. You'll enter into silent prayer each day. And you'll undertake this journey with a band of brothers to provide encouragement (and correction) along the way.
After ninety days of prayerful meditation in Exodus 90, you and your fraternity will continue your journey of prayer, asceticism, and fraternity through the Biblical Series--three years' worth of spiritual journeys through the books of the Bible from Genesis to the Acts of the Apostles. Just like the Israelites whose journey to ultimate freedom did not come to fruition until the coming of Jesus Christ, so too for us our journey to freedom is ongoing.

We've completely reinvented the Exodus 90 app to serve you better. The latest version includes a whole host of new content and features:
• Daily Gospel Reflection. Even if you're between Biblical Series exercises, you'll have a daily reading from Matthew, Mark, Luke, or John and a short reflection on its deeper meaning.
• Personal Disciplines. We've implemented habit tracking and streak counting to help you stay accountable to your personal resolutions.
• Artwork. Beautiful imagery helps foster deep meditation and so we've added rich illustrations for each exercise.
• COMING SOON - Track Readings. Read short series of reflections about specific spiritual topics, themes, and virtues.
• COMING SOON - Fraternity Finder. Use the app to find a community of men (online or in-person) with whom to journey through Exodus 90 and the Biblical Series.

Exodus ist ein Programm, dass sowohl die persönliche Weiterentwicklung als auch den Zusammenhalt als Gruppe hervorbringt & vertieft. Durch die täglichen Betrachtungen und die Challenges, die wir als Gruppe auch nach den 90 Tagen Exodus zu teilen beibehalten haben, wird eine strukturelle neue Lebensweise entwickelt. Die regelmäßige Rechenschaft an den Accoutability Partner lässt einen ehrlich reflektieren, wo man gerade steht und schafft Vertrauen & gute Freundschaften. Auch wenn man die eigene Comfort Zone überwindet, lernt man durch die Gruppe, dass alle im gleichen Bot sitzen und erfährt Strategien, wie jeder einzelne die Challenges meistert.
Das schafft mehr Selbstvertrauen, die eigenen Fähigkeiten zu erweitern und sich selbst besser kennenzulernen. Über die 90 Tage wird die Beziehung zu Gott gestärkt & schafft mehr Verbundenheit & Nähe mit ihm.
