Ich bin Mitglied geworden, um den Cashback für meine Buchung zu erhalten. Es gibt aber gar kein Geld zurück, sondern nur Guthaben für künftige Buchungen. Damit das Guthaben nicht verfällt, muss ich Mitglied bleiben und monatlich bezahlen.

Ich wollte über eine Funktion in der App den Account löschen. Dies geschieht jedoch nicht, stattdessen wird man per Mail aufgefordert noch mehr Informationen preiszugeben und eine E-Mail an eine andere Adresse zu schicken. Mir erscheint diese Vorgehensweise sehr fragwürdig,

Nach dem Update wollte ich meine persönlichen Daten und Buchungen einsehen: jedes Mal Stillstand in der App und eine blanke Seite 😡 wie finde ich nun meine Buchungen??
Auch verbesserungsbedürftig: beim Buchen über die Webseite bekomme ich eine Bestätigungsmail mit Unterlagen und Link für den Kalendereintrag, beim Buchen über die App kommt nur eine WhatsApp mit Link in die App, die nun aber abstürzt…

Thanks, but no… Rates look great at first, but everything else is very disappointing and annoying. Advertised rates for our chosen Hyatt ended up being unavailable in three attempts fir different room types, though the hotel still had availability for the same room types elsewhere and directly. Rates very intransparent, low price shown first, but then lots of upselling in the booking process. Sends unasked SMS reminders to book with time pressure tactics. I’ll stick with other platforms that are more clear or with direct booking on the hotel website.

Scam and fraud website and no support available
I booked a hotel at 10:30pm and on reaching there found the hotel to be locked since it closes the reception at 9pm. super.com did not give me a refund of the booking and scammed my money without selling anything.

Es ist meist günstiger über die Gasthäuser/Pensionen/Hotels zu buchen als über diese App. Beschreibung der Zimmer ist nicht vorhanden. Informationen bzgl. des Check-Ins welche die Hotel/Pensionen an die Gäste weitergeben bzw. an den Zwischenhändler hier in dem Fall Supertravel werden nicht an den Gast weitergegeben.
Absolut nicht empfehlenswert.

Bester Preis, kein Service oder Kreditkartenbetrug
Habe wegen des günstigen Preises gebucht.
Buchung wurde jedoch nicht bestätigt, Betrag jedoch von der Kreditkarte abgezogen.
Kundenservice per Chat kontaktiert (was wirklich schnell geht). Leider kann/ will man nicht helfen.
Ich solle warten, der Betrag werde automatisch erstattet. Ich warte nun schon 14 Tage.

Super Travel gibt persönliche Informationen an etliche andere online Reiseagenturen weiter ohne diese aufzulisten oder aufzuklären.
Während einer Unwetterwarnung von der Regierung waren alle einzelnen Agenturen willig unsere Reservierung kostenfrei zu stornieren. Super Travel hat uns angelogen. Sie haben uns gesagt, sie hätten die „Reisepartner“ kontaktiert und diese hätten unsere Anfrage abgelehnt. Als wir mit diesen Partnern persönlich gesprochen haben, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass es nicht an ihnen liegt.
Und es lag ihnen keine Anfrage zur Stornierung vor.
Auch wenn es etwas günstiger ist, würde ich nie wieder mit Super Travel buchen und empfehle es niemandem.

Zwei Buchungen in verschiedenen Städten kurzfristig paar Tage vor Reiseantritt von Super Travel storniert worden. In der Mail stand die Rückerstattung kommt in 4-5 Werktagen an kam aber erst nach mehr als 3 Wochen.

Auf dem Beleg steht, dass die Buchung inkl. Steuern und Gebühren ist, tatsächlich fiel aber noch eine erhebliche City Tax an, die andere Dienste vorher kannten. Das ist nicht transparent.

Unterkünfte nicht besetzt
Ich hatte eine Unterkunft gebucht und bezahlt. Leider war die Unterkunft nicht besetzt, über die angegebene Telefonnummer war niemand zu erreichen, freundliche Nachbarn der angebotenen Unterkunft halfen die Gastgeber erfolglos zu finden. Meinem Geld laufe ich seit 2 Monaten hinterher, SuperTravel nicht zu empfehlen, da sie auch an der Klärung kein Interesse zeigen. 👎🏻
