Wie Zahlen?
Kein PayPal, Apple Pay wird abgelehnt, Amex ist nicht möglich, ich würde sogar null Sterne geben. Die App wird wieder gelöscht.

Ich gehe in die App rein und die hängt und ladet nicht rein ich habe credits drauf und kann nicht mehr auf die App zu greifen

Missing payment methods
We have the year 2026, how can it be that you can’t use Paypal as payment methods, and that even though you are new, that’s why there is only 1 star because I can’t test it, maybe my mind will change if I can add PayPal as a payment method.

Unfassbar schlecht und unfassbar teuer
Habe für 3 x 500 Meter 3 x eine ganze Stunde zahlen müssen, weil diese unfähige App verlangt hat 9 Meter neben der Parkzone zu parken. Trotz Foto und 6 x beim Support um Hilfe bitten kam nur die Nachricht dass man sich in 24 Stunden meldet. Mein Gott ist das schlecht und ich habe den ganzen Urlaubstag schlechte Laune! Nie, nie, nie wieder.

Scammed during ryde pass
they scam you and charge you for a single ride even if you have a full ryde pass (subscription). they use scammy language to avoid refunding you. Avoid at all cost! they stole 15 dollars from me this way!!
