Wunderschön aber funktioniert nicht

Eigentlich ein wunderschönes und mega vielseitiges Spiel. Ich habe schon ca. 20€ ausgegeben und leider verliere ich immer an der gleichen Stelle im Gameplay meine Coins, vom Kundenservice keine Antwort. Wirklich schade

Sehr schön!

Ich mag das Spiel. Es hat eine gute Geschichte und alles ist sehr detailliert gemalt! Wer kein Geld ausgeben möchte, muss Geduld mitbringen oder durch Videos schauen die Entwickler unterstützen.

Negativ:

- Ich mag die englischen Stimmen überhaupt nicht! Könnte ich den Sound bitte NUR auf Chinesisch umstellen? Das hört sich so schön an!

- Dazu kommt noch die Übersetzung.. braucht ihr jemanden? Ich würde sehr gerne die Sätze richtig schreiben. Einiges ist schwer zu verstehen. Man braucht etwas Fantasy, damit man weiß wie es gemein ist.

Eigentlich tolles Spiel

Es ist nur unfair wenn man kein Geld investiert hat man z.b jetzt beim Event mit dem Karpfen keine Chance (auch wenn man den ganzen Tag spielen würde) beim Goldkessel den Begleiter zu bekommen oder seltene Outfits.Nur Geldmacherei!!!

Super toll

Das Spiel ist super vielfältig und macht mega Spaß! Es hat keine Werbung und auch ohne Geld kommt man super klar! Ich bin einfach nur begeistert und spiele es schon seit Monaten täglich. Es wird einfach nicht langweilig.

Не могли бы вы сделать, что бы в сундуке одежды три недели подряд не выпадала одежда которая уже есть? В игре столько одежды, а выпадает та же, что уже есть. Причём уже которую неделю подряд. Это издевательство какое-то просто.

Fun, but a rip-off

I like to play it but prices for everything are way too high. Also, prices aren't shown correctly. Their Customer Service is terrible. ONCE you've started it's hard to quit. So if you haven't played yet, don't start.

Fun but ripes off customers

I have been playing for months but the exchange rate is unfair. I purchased two outfits and did not receive them. The customer service does not resolve anything. I would recommend purchasing the in game options because they just milk you for it and not deliver what you pay for.

Expensive support good for nothing

If you want to reach a proper placement in rankings you got to pay. The developers help via support mail works only as long you are a VIP. They ignore all kind of Account Sharing and In game (local) Mobbing as long the bullies are VIP. I REALLY don’t recommend playing this game. You are only purses ladies 🤷‍♀️🤮

Overcharging!

I would like to chime in on the overcharging issue. The game is fun but I can’t recommend it if European players are charged way more than everybody else.

Dollars are “converted” to pounds 1-to-1 and then to Euro, which results in, for example, the lifetime pass being 28 Dollars, but 31 Euro (correct conversion would be less than 25 Euro). This is not ok!

Love the Game but unfair exchange rates!

Lovely game design and fun to play, but to do well you have to pay (as for most pay2win games). Which is fine, BUT on the European server there are unfair and false exchange rates. USD is converted falsely to £ and € and we pay way, way more than we should.

The prices are shown in USD and either converted 1:1 to £ or even higher for € payment. For example, the 0.99$ package is charged with 1.05€ and 0.99£ which is just not correct!

Customer support was contacted and they blame it on the app stores (apple and google) who said that it’s the developers who set the prices. But this is just not true since we confirmed that it’s the developers who are in charge of this issue.

This has led to a to a lot of discontent amongst players.

Lovely game but...

it’s a bit complicated to understand. I wish that they were explanation, for example what I can do with silver or the fame for example or what I gain from marrying my child.

Also, if you could see a tutorial or see it again.

Other than this you can see that this game was made with such love. The characters are interesting, the story is exciting and everything is beautiful.

I mostly have no idea, what I’m actually doing (😄) but it’s fun and enjoy it.
