I have been using other platforms to send money to my family in Ghana and sometimes they delays are annoying but since I was introduced to NALA feels like my payers has been answered NALA is fast secure and reliable . Thank You NALA you guys are the best .🫶🏻🔥

Very bad customer service and poor payment system
So sad to say this here but I was thinking NALA will do things different from others but I can see all are the same. I send money for emergency purposes and it’s taking more than 2 days to delivery till date nothing. And all they can say is :“ Your transfer is unfortunately still pending on our partner's end and we are still following up on it. In such a case, we are unable to either reverse or refund the transfer.
And even in the event that the transaction is reversed, it will take some time for it to be fully reflected in your account. Refunds are usually posted within 3 - 5 business days but, in rare cases, it can take up to 28 business days.
This depends on the type of payment method that you used and your bank's relationship with our debit card processor.”
