With Shaka Guide, you’ll get the comfort of a guided tour AND the freedom to explore on your terms. The app features a total of 27 tours in the U.S. But, we won’t stop there – stay tuned for new tours in America’s favorite parks, cities and more!
Here’s how it works - you’ll get hours of audio narration that plays automatically as your drive or walk. Along the way you’ll hear stories about the places you’re visiting, get important travel tips and listen to music.
The app works completely offline. This means that even if there’s no wifi where you’re traveling, we’ll still get you where you need to go. Shaka Guide tours never expire — use them more than once or break them up into multiple days.

‣ DOWNLOADING THE TOURS
It’s important that you download the tours (preferably in wifi) before you go. Make sure the tour is completely downloaded and you’ll have no problem using the tours offline.
‣ BATTERY USAGE
Please remember that continual use of your GPS can dramatically deplete your battery. Be sure to pack a car charger for your tour.
‣ IPAD NOTICE
You can use an iPad to take the tour, however, wifi-only iPads without GPS capability will not work.
