App crashes on iPad 3 since last update
Sehr gute App., die seit dem Update vom 14.12. auf dem iPad 3 leider nicht mehr startet, auf dem iPhone 5 mit gleichem OS (6.0.1) aber problemlos läuft. Wenn sie wieder funktioniert, gibt es 5 Sterne.

It’s a fantastic app. I especially like the different categories. The app synchronizes yours personal settings, you've chose on the website - (yours medical area).

Die App ist super! ..und das ohne jegliche Kosten. Da können sich einige kostenpflichtige Apps eine Scheibe abschneiden. Voraussetzung sind jedoch recht gute Englischkenntnisse. Sind die vorhanden, ist sie uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Aktuelle Informationen. Fachinformationen auch offline nutzbar. Einfach toll!!

Für mich als Unfallchirurgen und ebm basierten Mediziner ist diese App. Eine sehr interessante Möglichkeit am Puls der evidenzbasierten Medizin zu sein. Nach dem Prinzip, welches ich an der UCLA kennengelernt und per ATLS weitergeführt habe, handelt es sich hier um ein perfektes Tool zur Sicherung der höchsten Qualität der eigenen Behandlung und Ausweitung der Expertise.
Ein Muss für jeden professionellen und anspruchsvollen Humanmediziner!

... Und umsonst! Sehr schönes Interface zum e-Medicine Server in USA, alle Artikel werden von 4 Ärzten und 2 Pharmakologen einem Peer Review unterzogen, ausserdem wird eine unglaubliche Breite an medizinischen Themen abgedeckt. Die App ist für Fachpublikum gedacht, eine kostenlose Registrierung bei Medscape ist nötig, man erhält Emails mit CME oder fachbereichsspezifischen Informationen aber nur auf Wunsch. Nur zu empfehlen!!!

Durchaus brauchbar auch in Deutschland
Schnelle Info über Medikamente usw, man sollte allerdings relativ gut englisch sprechen.
Installation und Handhabung problemlos. Die Ergebnisse natürlich nicht alle eins zu eins übertragbar auf Grund der systemimmanenten Unterschiede zwischen Deutschland und USA
Grosses Plus: kostenlose App, man muss sich nur registrieren, war aber bereits bei Medscape registriert, daher kein Problem

Sehr gutes App. Zugegeben nur für Ärzte die in einem der größten Medizinserver registriert sind( Registrierung in USA als Deutscher Arzt ohne USML problemlos möglich). Sehr schneller Zugriff auf alle wichtigen aktuellen Informationen bezogen auf Fachgebiete.
Wer bereits einen Medscape Account hat, wird dieses App lieben.
