Beschreibung

ATM Milano è l’unica applicazione ufficiale dell’Azienda Trasporti Milanesi S.p.A. che ti consente muoverti in città, acquistare biglietti e rinnovare l’abbonamento.
Le funzionalità di ATM Milano Official App sono:
- Intorno, per localizzare sulla mappa le fermate dei mezzi ATM, le stazioni ferroviarie, i parcheggi, gli ATM Point, i parcometri, le rivendite e altri punti di interesse come gli aeroporti, BikeMi e le piste ciclabili
- Percorsi, per calcolare gli itinerari con i mezzi pubblici
- Linee, per visualizzare il percorso, le fermate, gli orari e i tempi di attesa di una o più linee
- Biglietti, per acquistare, conservare e usare tutti i biglietti delle tariffe Mi1-Mi9. Nella sezione è possibile acquistare i biglietti anche via SMS senza registrazione e con addebito diretto su credito telefonico (maggiori informazioni nella sezione “Istruzioni”)
- Abbonamenti, per salvare una o più tessere elettroniche, ricevere le notifiche sulle scadenze e rinnovare l’abbonamento in pochi passaggi (maggiori informazioni nella sezione “Istruzioni”)
- Preferiti, per salvare le fermate, gli indirizzi e i punti di interesse utilizzati più di frequente e scegliere come visualizzarli in home page
- Cerca, per cercare un indirizzo, una fermata o un luogo
- Fermate, per cercare una fermata scrivendone il nome o il codice
- Metro, per visualizzare lo stato e lo schema della rete della metropolitana
- ATM Point e Infopoint Area B/C, per prenotare l'appuntamento selezionando il servizio, il giorno e la fascia oraria
- Radiobus di Quartiere, per prenotare il servizio e monitorare lo stato delle richieste
- News, per leggere le notizie relative alla circolazione e le altre attività di ATM
- Informazioni e Sistema Tariffario, per conoscere tutti i servizi di ATM riguardanti biglietti, abbonamenti, parcheggi e molto altro

passwords stored in cleartext

1. try to get a “forgot password” mail, they’ll send you a cleartext password that you don’t need to change. which means all passwords are not hashed. they must have skipped the data security 101 course.
2. you need to enter your payment details every time you purchase.

Ganz nutzlos

Man muss jedesmal die Bankkarteinformation einfüllen. Und mit diesem QR Code kann unglaublich nicht die Bahnstation durchgehen. Was für ein APP???

Registration does not work

Useless app for tourists.
SMS purchase only works with Italian number, registration doesn‘t work because the confirmation link in the email is broken.
As a tourist, this is completely useless.

Awful experience

Cannot be used without Italian simcard. Tried German sim, number doesn’t match.
1. No number format specified
2. Sms doesn’t say that it works only with Italian simcard

1) Bike stations are missing in your app
2) Bikes often don t lock properly by turning them back even if the green light flashed. Consequence: the system thinks that you are still using one resulting that you can t rent a bike anymore
3) Service is running pretty unstable in general. Stations often show: this service is temporarily unavailable.

Where is the offline functionality?

App works fine if you have mobile data. But for an alien without an Italian dataplan it can be really expensive using this app. And to be honest... People living in Milan know when and where there busses or Metros arrive or where they are headed to.
