Uses push messages for marketing

One star because it uses push messages for marketing purposes and you cannot turn that off. Push messages are useful for boarding, flight changes etc so it makes sense to keep them on, but to use this for marketing is bad practice.

Falsches Profil

Wollte vorhin in der App was bei meiner Buchung gucken. Ich war aber auf einmal in dem Profil eines mir absolut unbekannten Dänen und hätte dort auch alles mögliche ändern können. Sowas darf doch nicht passieren!

New app design is fantastic

I‘m glad SAS decided to invest in a brand-new app design. I‘m a frequent flyer on the airline and really appreciate the upgrade! Everything from booking new flights to getting status updates right before take off works flawlessly. The new design is very refreshing and appreciated. Thank you!

Time for a UI Update

The functionality is given but to be honest, the UI/UX is completely outdated and does not live up to the expectations of the brand SAS. When I compare it to the SAS cabins, which are minimalistic but have a very clear and sleek design, I would wish that the SAS app provides the same „look and feel“.

Airline vermeiden

SAS hat mich wie den letzten dreck behandelt, Gepäck kam nicht an, Auskunft wurde mir nicht gegeben. Ich bewerte hier nicht die App sondern die Airline und wenn es Möglichkeiten gibt diese zu vermeiden dann würde ich jedem dazu Raten.

Unterirdisch!

Wenn die Qualität der Flugzeuge der der App entsprechen würde, würden mindestens 70 % der Flüge abstürzen. Wahrscheinlich hat sogar die staatliche Fluggesellschaft von Nordkorea eine bessere App als SAS. Hier funktioniert praktisch gar nichts: Weder die Anmeldung noch die Übertragung der Flugdaten in den Kalender noch die Einstellung der persönlichen Daten. Schrott!

Basics klappen, Rest ausbaufähig

Das absolut nötigste (CheckIn, Apple Wallet, Push Notifications bei Änderungen, EuroBonus Übersicht) klappt zuverlässig und gut.
Leider sieht die App aus wie 2014. Auch bei den Funktionen ist viel Luft nach oben (bessere Buchungsfunktion, die über Basics hinausgeht; „Wo kommt das Flugzeug her“ a la Lufthansa App; weniger Webviews, sondern mehr In-App; Travel ready Center direkt in der App machen; App automatisch in flight magazines etc laden lassen vor dem Trip, vllt per Airport Wifi erkennen).
Die App (wie die restliche IT von SAS) wirkt leider wie 2015 eingefroren.

Where is the 0 star option?

Totally buggy app. Fetching data errors over and over. It shows flights that are already fully booked and you can still purchase a ticket for them. Click on boarding pass is not working. No customer service etc. Because of that I was not able to take a flight and had to pay for it. Thank you!

Aktualisierung klappt scheinbar nicht

Unsere Flüge wurden aufgrund der aktuellen Corona Situation mehrfach verschoben bzw wir mussten umbuchen!
Die App wird anscheinend nicht aktualisiert oder mir ist nicht klar wie ich das manuell einstellen kann!?!
Jedenfalls habe ich ein Durcheinander an Flügen mit falschen Zeiten in der App!
Wie ich da den Check in hinkriegen soll ist mir noch schleierhaft 🤔
Vielleicht weiß jemand Rat???

Horrible

Flight cancelled in august for no reason. Offer a voucher which is not ok according to eu law. Money refund is a fight. Never again. Hope some flight companies vanish due to their refund management. SAS is keeping your money for no reason.

Zum Bonusprogramm verdonnert

Man kann sich nur anmelden, wenn man sich auch am Bonusprogramm angemeldet hat. Ergo ist die App für den „Seltenflieger“ uninteressant. Im Internet geht es dann aber. Wieder gelöscht.

Rudimentär

Die bisher schlechteste Airline App die ich genutzt habe. Login geht nur wenn man für EuroBonus registriert ist. Check-In erfordert x Informationen und Seitenwechsel. Wohingegen der Check-In auf der Webseite zwei Klicks erfordert. Ein Klick auf den zurück Button startet den kompletten Check-In Prozess von vorne.

Völlig Diffus

Da will ich einfach nur meine Boarding Karte in die Wallet haben... hier die Abfolge: 1. App benötigt 2. App geladen 3. Account benötigt 4. Account erstellt 5. anmelden mit „User Name“ - ja, würde ich gerne aber ich hab gar keine angelegt! Name geht nicht, E-Mail geht nicht! 6. Passwort vergessen geklickt - mal gucken ob das was bringt 7. Passwort zurücksetzen geht vorübergehend nicht!

Die schlechteste App die ich jemals geladen habe, Login funktioniert nicht ( obwohl er im Web funktioniert) keine Erklärung, außer dem Hinweis sich zu registrieren. Bei der Registrierung dann der Hinweis, das man schon registriert ist, usw. usw.

Zwangsregistrierung für das Bonusprogramm

Login geht nur, wenn man sich neben dem regulären SAS-Account noch für das Bonusprogramm registriert. Um eine digitale Boardkarte zu erhalten, ist das zu viel des Guten.
Das Laden der Boardkarten in die Apple-wallet geht ebenfalls nicht.

Kein Login möglich

Das Login in der App ist nicht möglich, da das system meldet user und / oder Passwort wären falsch. Das Web Login funktioniert aber einwandfrei. Vermutlich andere Login credentials Parameter? Support antwortet nicht. Fazit: App und Support Schrott. Darüberhinaus muss ich jetzt auch noch mit Papiertickets rumlaufen. Keine gute Visitenkarte für den ersten Flug! :((

You can use the app only when registered with the SAS Bonus Program. Otherwise you can’t log in. Total fail if you only want the electronic ticket on you phone (which you only get vie the app).

Ich kenne viele Airline-Apps, die eigentlich alle gut umgesetzt ist. Bei SAS stimmt aber leider weder die Funktionsweise, noch die Stabilität. Die App ist des Jahres 2019 einfach nicht mehr würdig. Ich hoffe der Flug wird besser!

The worst app of airlines

I just simply tired to get the boarding pass on my phone, and it took me more than one hour, yet still failed. This is ridiculous, both the web and app are unstable and always experience some problem. I called the service and they say I should try again later, maybe the web is gonna be ok later. What kind of answer is that?

Hat sofort geklappt

Ich sitze in Oslo am Gate D6 und habe soeben die App per Free Wifi heruntergeladen. Danach habe ich mich per App nochmal eingecheckt, obwohl ich dies schon vom Büro aus per Laptop gemacht hatte. Die Check-in wurde erkannt und der Boarding-Pass wurde Apple Wallet einwandfrei zugeordnet. Auf der Apple Watch auch direkt im Zugriff. Aus meiner Sicht hat alles sofort und einwandfrei geklappt.

Nervigste App überhaupt. Ohne Registrierung bei SAS und zusätzlicher zwangsweiser Registrierung im Bonusprogramm kann die Buchung nicht aufgerufen werden, was bei anderen Fluggesellschaften selbstverständlich funktioniert.

Boarding Update isn’t available

Unfortunately a boarding update isn’t available, if your flight is delayed. That’s very sad, because you get a message on your mobile phone that your flight will be delayed, but on the app is only a notice that the flight will be delayed. Nothing about a time or when the new boarding will be.

Check-in kannst du vergessen

Ich sitze nun schon 30 Minuten daran, endlich das Ticket in die Wallet laden zu können.
Die App möchte nur klappen, wenn man auch beim Bonusprogramm angemeldet ist. Doch selbst dann lädt sie das Ticket nicht.
Auch normal online ist es kaum möglich, das Ticket zu laden. Was zur Hölle ist da los, SAS?
