Included in this version 'Caesars campaign in Gaul' culminating in the classic siege of Alesia, and the campaign between Julius Caesar and Pompey the Great, including the battle of Pharsalus.
You can also purchase additional campaigns, 'Britannia' with the highlight of Queen Boudicca's demise at the battle of Verulamum, 'Germania' with the Roman massacre at Teutoburger Wald, and the 'Pontic' campaign against Mithridates the Great.
The 'Pontic' campaign adds scythed chariots and the Greek Pike Phalanx to the game system.

Ancient Battle: Rome
Great Apps. Sadly not as extensive as I had hoped. The in-app purchases of new scenarios seem a bit pricey, but offer even more great fun!

Langweilig
Null taktische Tiefe, jede Mission ist praktisch das gleiche: kleine Grüppchen bekriegen sich, wer schneller stirbt, verliert. Strategisches Denken ist hier nicht gefragt. Mag für 14-jährige Spaß machen. Ich finds grottenlangweilig. Kein Vergleich mit echten Stategiespielen. Und dazu noch teuer: man bekommt nur 16 Mini-Missionen, der Rest sind dann in-App-Käufe.

gutes spiel
gutes strategiespiel bei dem man nachvollzieht warum eine einheit gewinnt oder verliert. schwierigkeitsgrade klasse zum einüben und bei hohem level was für taktikfüchse. beste app bisher,hab mir alle erweiterungen geholt,warte auf neue.

Klassisches Spielsystem macht immer noch Spaß
Obwohl Runden-Strategiespiele langsam auszusterben scheinen, findet man hier ein wirklich unterhaltsames Taktikspiel. Einfach konstruiert, aber hoher Spaßfaktor und nebenbei noch interessante Infos zu römischen Feldzügen.
Bitte bald unbedingt neue Kampagnen - Suchtfaktor!!!

good game to play
there are hundreds of strategy games dealing with wwii. this one here is unique. fun to slaughter the enemies of the roman empire without using tanks or fighter planes. hopefully there will be more games like this one. what about the old greeks ? on to battle.....

Gutes Taktikspiel
Ich habe es bisher nur kurz gespielt, es gefällt mir aber sehr gut. Viele verschiedene Einheiten mit unterschiedlichen Eigenschaften machen viel Spaß. Die Einheiten verteidigen sich auch und der Gegner läßt sich nicht so leicht besiegen, wie es bei Tank Battle der Fall ist. Wie üblich müssen mehr Karten/Missionen hinzugekauft werden. Den Preis ist das Spiel meiner Meinung nach Wert.

Das Geld nicht Wert!!!!
Solche Spiele müssten Überwacht werden,damit der Käufer nicht für so etwas zuviel Geld zahlt.Weder rein oder rauszoomen möglich.Unmögliche Grafik und Händling.Keine Kaufempfehlung.Das spiel ist allerhöchstens. 0,79€ Wert.Aber das ist auch schon sehr viel.
