ABOUT BRE AND FLO
Bre and Flo Niedhammer teach yoga by publishing YouTube videos (100+ million views), sharing exclusive content in this app, and teaching retreats, and yoga teacher trainings worldwide. They provide high quality movement classes, breathwork, meditations, yoga for bjj, prenatal, yoga as a lifestyle, and more. Their goal is to deliver high quality content that helps you achieve more movement in your body, more stillness in your mind, and more happiness in your heart.
Bre and Flo are Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT) with Yoga Alliance holding certifications as E-RYT 500, RPYT, and YACEP. They are the lead trainers at the Breathe and Flow Yoga Academy school and are certified in vinyasa yoga, hatha yoga, yin yoga, restorative yoga, prenatal yoga, animal flow, Myofascial Release Therapy, Structural Integration Bodywork, Functional Movement Screen (FMS) Level 1 and 2 and are Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) Mobility Specialists.
PRICING AND MEMBERSHIP
We understand that each individual's circumstances and perception of value vary. That's why we're giving you the opportunity to choose your subscription fee plan at an amount that aligns with both your financial capacity and the value you place on our services. All levels of subscriptions give you the exact same access to our content library of hundreds of videos, full programs, and a monthly live Q&A community video call. Between each month/annual billing cycle, you can always switch your price plan.
BILLING
Your subscription will automatically renew by charging your credit card or paypal account in your profile at the end of each billing cycle. If you sign up through the App Store, your subscription and payment information are managed by Apple. Therefore, you must contact Apple to manage your account. Payment is charged to your Apple ID Account at confirmation of purchase. In order to not be charged at the end of a billing cycle, you will need to cancel your membership at least 24 hours before the end of your billing cycle but you can cancel anytime in Account Settings.
