Learn scales, chords and the relationship between them to improve your guitar playing. Keep in tune with the tuner and play with the metronome to improve your rhythm when practicing chords and scales.
Practice scale loops to master the position and build muscle memory. Scale exercises to play along with that will improve your finger dexterity & ability to improvise. Start slow, increase speed as you improve.
Play scales/chords by swiping across strings; direction of swipe determine ascending or descending playback. Tap on a note to play it.
Scale positions correspond to the CAGED system with 5 patterns that cover the fretboard for each scale. The CAGED chord shape for the position is shown to help you learn it in any key.
Tuner uses chromatic mode or select from tunings.
Adj. ref. freq. used by tuner & instruments; set to 410 Hz - 470 Hz (default A = 440 Hz).
Circle of fifths shows common chords for a key, helps compose music, learn key signatures and transpose songs to a different key. Tap a common chord to see it on a fretboard inside the circle of fifths.
Metronome with click/drum voices, beat subdivisions & tap to set BPM (10 - 400). Time signatures: 2/2, 1/4, 2/4, 3/4, 4/4, 5/4, 3/8, 6/8, 7/8, 9/8, 12/8.

Near Perfect

Such a handy tool for myself and my students. I look forward to working with this App for a long time and hope it‘ll be updated for years to come.
Maybe include a few other sounds (Western/Electric/Piano) - or even just one with a bit more attack - and the ability to playback just 1 octave of a scale.
A few of my fellow german players will have a problem with our note „H“ being displayed as „B“ but they should probably get over it. Translated descriptions of scales would be nice along with an even more detailed analysis of their sound.
None of these suggestions mean that this app has got any problems.
It works great and I recommend it to every (!) guitar player!

Absolut top

Habe einige Apps dieser Art angeschaut, mit diesem ist alles klar und einleuchtend ! Vielleicht kommen noch die Powerchords dazu, habe absolut nichts zu bemängeln.
Ist voll das Geld wert !
