YALLA offre la possibilité de :

- Créer et gérer le FAN ID, indispensable pour accéder aux stades et Fan Zones

- Déposer une demande d'e-Visa en ligne si nécessaire.

- Accéder aux actualités, programmes et informations pratiques liées aux événements sportifs.

- Consulter les services liés à l'organisation : transport, hébergement et activités.

- Rester informé en temps réel des mises à jour officielles.

Worst than worst

This app is the worst app I have ever used in the last 10 years of my life. The authentication does not work properly. It takes forever just for the card to be read and then it just shows me that it’s not working. I couldn’t even create a fan ID. If you can’t build proper mobile apps please just avoid the idea entirely although in today’s time and age building mobile apps should be very easy and quick.

Such a shame, the Africa Cup is in my country but I can’t buy any tickets. Neither with an old but still valid Moroccan ID, nor with my German passport - 99% and then an error message.

Doesn’t read biometrical passport to the end

I cannot join the Africa Cup in Marokko cause this app isn’t able to read until 100% of the passport. It always stops with 99%. Many other users with the same issue.

No solution wanted to find via customer team, no plan B, no chance to join, even while I am in Morocco.

Poor and no good pilot for the upcoming worldcup.

Will be my last time in Morocco.

App is not working. The passport reading doesn’t work. Would love to buy tickets but it’s not possible.

Absolute disaster! Completely unusable

On iPhone, passport verification always crashes at 99%.

On Android, it fails randomly between 25–75%.

Before every single attempt, you are forced into a queue of ~16,500 people, waiting 15 minutes or more.

After waiting, the verification fails again with an error and you are sent back to the queue to repeat the same broken process.

I contacted support via email and the official website form — no response at all.

This app is mandatory just to buy ONE ticket, yet it does not work on multiple devices and platforms.

Terrible architecture, terrible user experience, no support.

Completely unacceptable for an international football tournament.

Absoluter Schrott

Die Erstellung der FAN ID funktioniert schlicht und einfach nicht und das sollte die Basis-Aufgabe dieser App sein. Neuinstallationen und die Nutzung anderer Endgeräte haben leider nicht geholfen. Hier müssen die Entwickler zwingend noch ein paar Runden drehen oder eine andere Möglichkeit zur Erstellung der FAN ID freigeben.

The worst app ever

At this point, I must honestly say:

The Yalla App is one of the worst applications and poorest customer supports I have ever experienced. It is unacceptable that such a major international event is managed with an app that contains such basic and unresolved technical errors

For five days now, I have been trying to add my children to the Yalla App in order to create a Fan ID for them — but it has been impossible so far.

Each time I try, I receive the same error message:

“Your children are Moroccan citizens and need a Moroccan ID.”

This is completely incorrect. I am German, and my Fan ID was successfully approved as a German citizen — the same applies to my partner. However, for our children, the app automatically assigns Moroccan nationality by default, and it cannot be changed.

I have been in daily contact with customer support, but I keep receiving the same generic responses:

“Please delete the app, reinstall it, send us the steps, and try again.”

I have done all of that multiple times — including providing screenshots and detailed descriptions of the problem. Still, nothing changes. Instead of a solution, I keep getting new excuses or empty promises.

Meanwhile, ticket sales have already started. My partner and I have been able to buy our tickets, but we still cannot buy tickets for our children, since their Fan IDs cannot be created. This is extremely frustrating, especially because we have already booked our flights to Morocco and were planning to attend the match together as a family.

I truly hope that this issue will finally be taken seriously and fixed, so that families with non-Moroccan children can also create Fan IDs and purchase tickets without unnecessary obstacles.

At this point, I must honestly say:

Die schlichteste App

Die App YALLA ist leider eine der schlechtesten Apps, die ich je genutzt habe. Nach dem Herunterladen habe ich meine Daten sowie die meiner Kinder (2) eingegeben, die Validierung hat extrem lange gedauert.

Das schlimmste war jedoch, das mein Ticketkauf mein FAN ID nicht erkannt wurde. Als ich es spät noch einmal versuchen wollte, waren die Tickets bereits ausverkauft.

Sehr enttäuschend und absolut frustrierend besonders für meine Kinder!
