Cycle Time provides a simple and reliable way to capture statistically valid production cycle measurements directly from the shop floor.
Once measurements are validated, the application generates structured CSV datasets containing each recorded cycle together with contextual information, statistical indicators and classification data.
These files can simply be deposited in a shared repository without any direct database integration or automated data transfer. This approach keeps the measurement tool independent from corporate information systems while preserving full data transparency.
From this point, organizations remain free to ingest the CSV datasets into their own data platforms or databases using their existing data engineering processes. This allows the measurement data to be integrated into internal data lakes, analytics environments or operational databases according to company standards.
Because each recorded cycle is preserved, the datasets provide complete traceability of all time measurements performed on the shop floor. This makes it possible to audit measurements, review statistical reliability and maintain a clear historical record of cycle time studies.
Once integrated into analytical environments, the data can be explored and visualized using tools such as Power BI. Engineering teams and master data specialists can then compare observed production performance with the cycle times currently stored in ERP systems.
This data driven comparison allows organizations to identify gaps between theoretical master data and real shop floor performance. Industrial teams can therefore decide factually which cycle times should be updated in the ERP in order to maintain accurate planning, costing and capacity models.
The result is a controlled and traceable process for improving ERP master data based on statistically validated production measurements rather than assumptions or outdated references.

Improved reliability for campaign data and export workflows.
Campaigns, series and recorded cycles are now stored locally and automatically restored when reopening the app. Draft campaigns are consolidated into a single active campaign to simplify export and prevent data fragmentation.
Measurement series now support additional contextual fields including Production Order, Operation, Batch, Setup Time, Custom fields 1 to 3 and User ID.
New tools allow users to manage the local database and quickly clear manually entered values when preparing new measurement sessions.
