A Chakra Meditation is a superb high quality hypnotherapy App by the multi-million selling hypnotherapist Glenn Harrold.
The meditation tracks will guide you on a powerful healing journey through the 7 main energy centres of the body called the Chakras, which will leave you feeling energised and uplifted. At certain points on the recording you will hear angelic vocals and sounds tuned to the frequency of each chakra. You will also be prompted to visualise healing and energising each of your chakra’s, which can in turn help you to heal disease, illness or discomfort by using the innate healing power that is within us all.
The subtle background sounds and vocal supporting Glenn’s soothing voice will help you connect with a profound feeling of relaxation. At the deepest point in the meditation you are given a number of post-hypnotic affirmations and direct suggestions relating to each chakra element. These hypnotic suggestions will stay with you and you will respond to them in your everyday life.
The special background sound effects have been recorded in certain keys and frequencies to help enhance the meditation effect and guide you into a deep state of mental and physical relaxation. There are also a number of background affirmations, which echo and pan from left to right across the stereo range, ideal when using headphones.
