Nutze lieber den Browser!

Die App ist absolut unperformant. Sobald ein Teilnehmer seinen Screen Shared, bricht die komplette Verbindung für mehrere Sekunden komplett ab. Auch beim beenden eines calls friert das komplette iPhone(12) für mehrere Sekunden komplett ein, nichts geht mehr.
Zudem vermisse ich das Feature von gespeicherten Räumen. Es wird lediglich der letzte Raum gespeichert, was einfach zu wenig ist.
Unterm Strich ist die App daher nutzlos, da sie weder Performance Vorteile, noch usability Vorteile gegenüber der Webapp bietet.
Einziges Feature der nativen App:
Folgemodus und Portait Aufnahme, welche in der webapp(chrome) noch nicht unterstützt werden.

Funktioniert, ist einfach zu bedienen und sehr günstig

Wer eine günstige Videokonferenz-Lösung sucht, der kann auf Whereby zurückgreifen. Die Lösung ist aber nicht nur günstig, sondern funktioniert auch noch super und ist intuitiv bedienbar. In der Regel kommen Teilnehmer an Videokonferenzen sofort damit zurecht. Auch die Funktionen sind super. So gibt’s Breakout Rooms, einen Chat und andere nützliche Gimmicks. Weiter so!

Seist schon viel gesagt worden. Sehr gut finde ich das Preismodell. Die Verbindungen sind sehr stabil. Ausschlaggebend war auch das Thema Datenschutz

Worst logo ever

Are you serious with this logo? Who told you it is a good idea to make it look like a 16th century Wikipedia app? How should anyone notice this is actually a really good and modern video conferencing app? Please hire a better logo designer!

Super praktisch

Die App bietet einen wirklich intuitiven weg, Konversationen zu gestalten. Verschiedene Plattformen und eigene Räume, machen einfach Spaß und die Oberfläche ist reduziert auf die wesentlichen Features. Daneben ist auch das bezahl System vollkommen fair, die Verbindung ist stabil.

Finally the long awaited iPad support ...

... but then again it is just half baked :( It's "just" a beefed up iPhone version rather than a full iPad version. Please add landscape and iPad Pro support. You know, this is supposed to be a business/pro tool and therefor iPad Pro support is essential. There are other solutions out there doing exactly this. Thanks for your support ...

Energieeffizienz

Ich mag appear.in wirklich sehr gerne. Es hat Skype fast gänzlich abgelöst. Leider saugt der Gebrauch der App extrem am Akku. Da bitte noch optimieren.

A cool App and a great idea

So actually first I want to say thanks to the devil for four days cool and nice little service it is really great and I am very excited what you will bring out more functions so please don't stop this great job. For me the iPhone app is mostly okay but please fix in the next update the problem that voiceover users can't use on iPhone the chat function so the text chat because voiceover don't read anything from the text messages or other things. Only one if I am in a room and I make a 1 finger dubble tiipp then I find the old you mute and video mute button but that was it. On my Windows PC and want toFirefox my screen reader which I use both are reading the messages and show me also the field for writing so please make the app a little bit more accessible for blind users. The audio quality is really nice I I don't fault that it is so good. So began many things for this great app.
