Zu aller erst- die Auswahl an funktionierenden
VPN Klienten für China ist sehr begrenzt.
Von daher freut es mich ein wenig, überhaupt etwas halbwegs funktionierendes wie Betternet zu haben. Ich habe die kostenpflichtige Premium Version und genau davon verspreche ich mir bei diesem Preis einen Dienst, der nach Bedarf funktioniert.
Jeder zweite Dinwahlversuch endet im Nichts. Auch wenn man die location mehrfach ändert finde ich mich oft in Situationen wieder- wo einfach nichts passiert und man in die Röhre schaut. Noch schlimmer ist allerdings, dass die App manchmal auf “verbunden (blau)” umspringt, aber ca alle 10 Sekunden unterbricht. D. h. man kommt wieder nicht weiter. :-(
Liebes Betternet Team, wenn man mal eine Verbindung hat, ist alles gut, aber der Weg dahin ist entschieden zu lang, bzw. einfach zu unregelmäßig für den Jahrespreis.

Ja, die Verbindung ist instabil, aber ich kann NICHT Netflix benutzen und ich kann NICHT “optimal Location” wählen!!
Wenn ich „Germany“ wähle, würde die Verbindung nicht erfolgreich sein.
Dann wieso zahle ich 11,99€? Ich könnte ein besseres finden.
Außerdem kann ich nicht Sie kontaktieren, nachdem ich schon angemeldet habe. Die Info. ist immer: ohne E-Mail Adresse??!!

It’s ok but on the other hand i am in China. What I really don’t like is when it the profile regularly autoconnects the vpn in the background without being able to stop the process without deleting the profile altogether (the advices given by customer support are less than helpful so I re-rated the app even one star lower). When you have the premium account it’s also annoying that new devices have to be released via email.

Top funktioniert.
Mit der Standard Version kann man überall auf der Welt uneingeschränkt surfen. Streamingdienste erkennen das VPN natürlich. Amazon Prime Video,Netflix etc... funktionieren also nicht. Ansonsten sehr einfach. Sogar in China tut es seinen Dienst.

Das Handling ist absolut easy und die App macht was sie soll. Top Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis. Bei der kostenlosen Version ist eine kaum merkbare Reduzierung der Geschwindigkeit zu erkennen.
