Wir haben die App erstmals installiert und sind begeistert! Selten eine so durchdachte Service-App erlebt wie diese. Der ganze Bestellprozess ist nachvollziehbar und transparent. Man kann sogar sehen, wo sich der Kurier gerade befindet-toll👍. Schöne Idee auch die Trinkgeld-Möglichkeit.
Bei uns hat auch die Lieferung perfekt funktioniert, kam sogar 10 Minuten früher wie angekündigt (MC Donalds). Also wir können nichts negatives sagen, im Gegenteil.

That’s the worst delivery app I’ve ever used, because the user interface is not even good looking and fun to use. It’s not clear and fast. And the worst fact is, that everytime you use the app more than 5 minutes, the app is closing and your whole shopping cart is away.
For me there are many better provider which you can use, I would give no stars for this review but I have to give at least 1.

Glovo purchased foodpanda. This was the best marketing campaign for takeaway ever. Because since then we only order from takeaway. They simply switched foodpanda off and thought all customers will go to glovo, but sorry the customers are not sheeps. The customer service is a joke and all they do is sending you copy paste messages with fake apologies and in the end all you get is a 5€ refund for your next order.

Not for the first time this happened in Lisbon where food has been forgotten to deliver and Glovo refunding with 1 EUR. Imagine your main isn’t delivered you paid the total amount and receive 1 Eur back.

I ordered food which wasnt delivered, so i asked the customer service what happened and if they can give me at least my money back.. nothing happens except the copy and paste of terms and conditions saying they are not responible for anything (they didnt even have me contact data of the restaurant so i could contact them by myself to find out what happened)... really sad because I was a glovo prime user before.. this will change now

I like the app and the service.
Only thing I miss, is to be able to tip the driver via the app. So you don’t need cash at home.

In einer Bestellung fehlte die Hälfte, also über die App die dafür vorgesehene Funktion ausgewählt. Passiert ist nichts.
Zusätzlich resetet sich die App auf Anfang, wenn mal für ne Sekunde das Internet weg ist. Haben fast ne Stunde und unzählige anläufe gebraucht bis die Bestellung im nicht so guten Hostem Wifi endlich durch war.
von der Idee und Auswahl her klasse, aber so wurde die App wieder gelöscht

Ich hatte 2 Pizzen bestellt, die zwar in der angegebenen Zeit geliefert wurden, aber nach dem Öffnen der Schachteln beide schon fast kalt waren. Ich denke, der Zusteller konnte dafür nichts, sondern das Restaurant hat sich länger Zeit gelassen, da es eigentlich geschlossen war.
Den Vogel abgeschossen hat aber der ignorante Kundendienst (per Chat). Ich habe mehrere Mitarbeiter kontaktiert. Allesamt waren sie der Meinung, dass bei zeitgerechter Zustellung die Qualität ihrer Dienstleistung richtig wäre. Dafür gäbe es keinen Nachlass.
30€ Lerngeld, App gleich wieder gelöscht.

Wanted to order something quickly. Took me 30minutes to finally open my profile bc no sms arrived. Was about place an order. The system said there’s a problem with my credit card though I haven’t registered one bc I chose to pay cash. As soon as I registered my credit card again I couldn’t order bc it said there’s a problem with it. Wanted to contact the customer service. Couldn’t reach anyone. Total waste of time!

Got banned for using Revolut as a card. It said my account had “irregularities”. Customer service is only accessible using “Close Account” menu. This is a dark pattern. A dark pattern is "a user interface that has been carefully crafted to trick users into doing things, such as buying insurance with their purchase or signing up for recurring bills.". In this case it’s tricking you so you can’t contact anyone unless you want to close your account.
Under EU laws If you buy online, by telephone, by mail order catalogue or from a door-to-door salesperson, the following more detailed information must also be provided before you buy anything:
e-mail address of the trader
There is no e-mail disclosure or way to contact except the cancel screen.
I will be reporting the irregularities to the authorities and supervising government bodies.
These decisions have been made intentionally and could indicate a problematic and dangerous leadership. Watch out for your personal information and know your rights.

Whenever you try to add a credit card, they charge 40ARS, resulting in an error message saying „FRAUD“. Tried two different credit cards, both work fine on Rappi and PedidosYa. I tried to contact customer support, but the help section of the app just brings up text answers, no way to actually receive some kind of useful help.

Ich habe schon bei der ersten Bestellung die ware trotz Zustellungsbescheid nicht erhalten. Das Geld wurde trotzdem von meiner Kreditkarte abgebucht und der Support ist nur auf spanisch verfügbar. Wenn er denn antwortet.
