Habe mir die App für eine Auslandsreise geholt. Die Offline Option klingt ja verlockend. Als ich die App testen wollte, wurden ununterbrochen verschiedene Werbungsfenster (teilweise mit ton) eingeblendet, sehr aufdringlich. Durch permanente Werbung konnte ich die ziemlich einfache App dennoch nicht testen und habe die wieder gelöscht.
Die altbekannten Alternativen wie dict.cc und Linguee bieten ebenfalls eine offline Option und sind deutlich freundlicher und komfortabler!

Before i used GermanTranslater i tested so many dictionarys to find one, who is able to translate in both sides - German to English and English to German. Many apps did that but every other app need to define the translation direction before use. This App here is fantastic. You tipe the word in the language you have and he automatecally decide to translate to the other language - dependless which language you typed in. Fantastic. That makes the app extermly fast. Additionally, what makes the app very strong, is, that you get many example-sentences and ideas how to use the word which you typed in. Best App ever. But if you want to change one thing, please change the picture of the app itself. To see the german flag on my desktop makes me unconfortable because I‘m not a patriot and i think many users dont like seeing that picture every time they use the app. But this is a small hope from my side. Thank you for sharing that app with us👌

it used to be the perfect app, hardly getting any sentences or words wrong. I have had this app for around 3 years. Now with the new update, it is making mistakes on very simple sentences and words. It reminds me of old Google Translate from like, 6 years ago (how it would translate sentences that didn’t even make sense). This app gets worse and worse every update. It constantly pops up ads, which is fine. I can understand the creator needs to get money. But the ads pop up almost every 30 seconds now. I could deal with the ads, but I at least want the sentences that i’m translating to be correct.

unglaublich schlecht da denkt man google übersetzer kann nichts übertreffen und dann so etwas dort kommen wörter in der übersetzung raus die lange nicht erwähnt wurden beispielsweise schreibr man auf deutsch haus rein und bekommt auf englisch school raus (garkeine zusammenhänge)

Da der ständige Aufruf zur Bewertung grade etwas nervt, hier die Bewertung nach nur 3 Tagen der Nutzung mit Spracheingabe. App funktioniert erstaunlich gut in beiden Richtungen. Sehr schön, dass das Ergebnis oft in Verwendung als Substantiv, Verb und Adjektiv angegeben wird. Verzögerung durch Werbevideos nervt, aber so ist das eben wenn kostenfrei. Keine 5 Sterne wegen der kurzen Nutzungszeit.
