Too much trouble

I ordered more than 5 times with this app and every single time I had problems and had to wait double the time it showed me. I once ordered food because I somehow received a coupon for more or less 35.000 Colombian pesos but it turned out to be the worst nightmare!!! First the prices which where shown in the rappi app where not the same, than my delivery guy called and said he can't see my coupon and I have to pay the complete order in cash. I don't recommend to use this app in Bogotá, because you can get the food or supermarket stuff easier and faster by going to be place by yourself! Deleting this app was my biggest relief so far.

El App más rápido para pedidos a domicilio!

Son muy rápidos y el servicio es excelente! Este es el futuro de los domicilios. Me han ahorrado mucho tiempo!
