music and sound problems

there is just one thing that bothers me: there is no sound. no music, no sounds only on the intelligence minigame on the world "terra" i can hear a click when i tap the right button. i already checked everything, my phone could not be the problem. i restarted the game often but it just didn't work. can you tell me a way how i could fix that or release an update where it fixes this problem? i already downloaded other duck life apps and it worked perfectly well. btw i checked in game and sounds and music are enabled. i really enjoy the music and i am a bit sad that it doesn't work :(. if it works ill make another star
