A combination of sandbag fitness exercises personally designed to increase strength and stability. This workout is great for when gym equipment is limited, or a great alternative to do outdoors. 
After explaining my routine to a couple of friends, I decided that it will be easier if i publish a short book, outlining each exercise combined into supersets to give that extra burn, and trust me you will be aching the next day so be prepared!!
Hope this workout works for your individual needs, feel free to incorporate your own moves after you've got comfortable with this set routine, as they say its best to keep your muscles guessing than doing the same routines on the same days.
