This book is a guide to meditation in the tradition of Theravada Buddhism. In order to achieve breadth while remaining manageably concise, it is an outline, rather than a detailed exposition. Nevertheless this book follows the themes in the Buddha’s discourse on mindfulness (Satipatthanasutta).
