It is almost ten years since the filming of the original groundbreaking documentary Super Juice Me! and almost the same amount of time since I have personally completed the full 28-day programme. However, in late 2021 I was inspired to do it once again and also to make a short fi lm about it for my YouTube channel, Juice Tube.
