Arnold Schwarzenegger ON: How to Make Your Visions a Reality & Stop Having a Limited Mindset

Arnold Schwarzenegger ON: How to Make Your Visions a Reality & Stop Having a Limited Mindset

Länge: 1:53:04
What’s stopping you from turning your visions into reality?
This is a question that many struggle with and we often spend most of our time finding the answers.
Today, we are happy to welcome Austrian-born bodybuilder, actor, businessman, philanthropist, bestselling author, and politician, Arnold Schwarzenegger. Arnold served as the thirty-eighth governor of California and his new book, Be Useful: Seven Tools for Life, takes readers on an inspirational tour through Arnold’s tool kit for a meaningful life.
We will explore Arnold's early years, growing up with a strict father and his deep yearning for genuine conversations. His experiences in the military taught him invaluable life lessons that would shape his path to success. Arnold shares the pivotal moment when he first arrived in the United States, igniting his passion for bodybuilding, a journey that would ultimately define his legacy.
As the conversation deepens, he emphasizes the importance of creating our own paths to happiness and challenges the notion of sacrifice when you truly love what you do. He highlights the significance of having a clear vision for our goals and how compromise plays a vital role in maintaining family unity. Arnold's insights on the art of selling and looking beyond conventional markets shed light on his extraordinary success.
In this interview, you'll learn:
How to be resilient in the most difficult situations
How to change the trajectory of your life
How to be genuinely happy and content
The importance of allotting time for your family
How to effectively sell your product
How to breakthrough any market
His journey serves as a testament to the idea that every accomplishment unveils a new purpose, driving us to explore our next chapter in life and an inspiration to us all to reach for greatness and share our stories with the world.
With Love and Gratitude,
Jay Shetty

I’ve listened to many of jays interviews and they all have such merit and positivity but Kerry blew my mind! It’s a relationship any interaction between two people and they bring out the best In each other. To hear keys truth of the final piece of the jigsaw sliding into place when she discovered her beginnings was amazing. For someone who has been so public, now to enter a new phase of being open and honest to the wider world can only help. Thank you for furthering my understanding of what it means to be human, both of you

This used to be my favourite podcast but it doesn’t seem as raw and genuine as it used to us. I’m hoping it’s just a phase and will go back to its roots eventually. Please change the annoying American cheesy adverts

This podcast used to be my favourite, but more recently there has been more of a focus on which A-list celebrities can be part of it. I much prefer the older episodes where the guests were meaningful and not used for clout. Saying that, some celebrities have been so valuable but I think wanting to become a celebrity is the new goal.

Hey Jay, great episode - I think most people will resonate with the teachings here. Wold be great to hear how you’d define a “toxic relationship” to provide an additional context and help listeners to avoid attributing toxicity incorrectly.
Thanks!

I used to be a big fan of this podcast, but I feel that it has become mainly a series of self-satisfied celebrity interviews at the expense of meaningful insight. I hope Jay can rediscover the humbleness and curiosity that used to characterise the podcast.

Love the podcast concept but having listened to a third episode now, find myself feeling a bit frustrated. Jay seems to talk a lot about himself and I find myself willing him to ask more insightful questions to the guests that he is interviewing.
Tom Holland is fantastic and has such an interesting journey and I was so looking forward to learning and gaining value from his episode but didn’t really because of a lack of questions and time given to him to speak .. Left feeling bored & frustrated & like I wasted 2 hours.

Other than loving loving this podcast for over 2 years, listening to every episode, the only negative I have, is J’s use of filler words
I even love how J says “I love that” a lot
And as is spoken about more than a few times in this podcast, no ones perfect
Like, sort of, kind of are a few that spring to mind
“Mark England “ and his partner go on the “living 4d” podcast and they talk about the power of our words in depth
Love you J
Thank you
Excited at the idea of playing barefoot table tennis and pickle ball in the near future

I finally did it! I’ve caught up and listened to every single episode. Every single one has impacted me in some way. There are no words to describe what Jay has done for me. From his podcasts, daily jay, books and being so blessed to see him live on tour, I am finally finding myself, who I am and, slowly, how to love myself. Jay, you are the most beautiful soul, I feel it when I have you in my ears, read your words and felt it first hand when I saw you in Glasgow on tour. Meditating with you live in person is an experience I will never forget. You’ve made me a better person, I see the joy in every day and live with the mantra of “never judge the moment” From the very bottom of my heart and soul, thank you Jay, thank you, namaste x

Jay what happened? This used to be one of my fave podcasts but now there are ads every few minutes. It’s infuriating & no longer enjoyable to listen to. Starting to feel like it’s now just about making money rather than sharing wisdom.
Sadly will no longer follow this show.

I stumbled across Jay’s podcast after reading think like a monk and being a huge fan on insta. Searching for something to reconnect with my spirituality after falling way off my path in a very one way and loveless relationship. I feel like everything he says speaks directly to me right now. A modern take on applying techniques to the difficult task of love connection and mindset. Insightful, deep and meaningful, it is helping me personally build up my strength amd finding myself again. Just started 8 rules of love aswell (brilliant) and can’t wait till he comes to Dubs in May. Thank you so so much for this podcast 🙏

I have just come out of relationship and deciding to be single to reflect and keep my inner peace. Getting loads from Podcast. Loving the different approach in looking at love in a different way rather than framed in a relationship. I so want a person to share my life with but want to be right in myself to do that. I wonder if exploring the Internet Dating world is a topic you have explored just in terms of navigating those platforms and almost surviving them ..

Wow your latest episode was so incredible with Roxie. Being half Iraqi from Loneon and having similar issues resonated with me on such a deep level. Thank you for this episode for breaking manifesting down. Manifesting. Self development and self love is all new for me at the age of 46 I launched a nee business in lock down and realised how many blocks and limiting beliefs I had. In that I still did it any way and launched my own podcast as I believe we all have a story to share. Love love love keep bringing this inspiring content.

Long time fan, however when did this become a relationship/love hotline? Every talk seems to be about tips about being a better partner, how you know you’re in love, how to spot X, Y, Z in your partner? It’s a shame, I feel like a huge part of the audience has been cut off

Just heard this today and wish I had heard this several months ago, when I was in my last relationship. If we had spent more time asking each other these types of questions, maybe we wouldn’t have split, as we’d have got to know each other better and grown together rather than growing apart!! But great to take forward into my next relationship!! Really love these insights Jay 🙏

I’ve been listening to the podcast for over a year but I’ve been putting off leaving a review because I feel I couldn’t possibly put into words how grateful I am for Jay, the work he’s doing and how pivotal On Purpose has been in my life.
My favourite thing to do is re-listen to episodes with friends and family that I feel would benefit and seeing them nodding and smiling at Jay’s wisdom and insights.
The way Jay structures his episodes is so clear, so concise, so engaging and so insightful. There is truly something for everyone in his episodes, whether it’s his solo Friday episodes or the amazing guests he brings on.
I’ve personally applied to my life, so many of the principles Jay discusses and it’s helped me through some of my toughest times and lead to some of my greatest moments.
I’m so so grateful to Jay for his generosity, kind heartedness and wisdom, I truly hope to meet jim some day to express my gratitude properly.
Thank you thank you thank you!!

I actually tried listening to an episode of On Purpose 5 years ago and I really couldn’t gel with the content. I didn’t know much about Jay and his story but it’s funny to me now how at the time I was in a similar place in life as the pre-monk Jay - mocking deeper ideas and following the finance career path in front of me.
Lo and behold, Jay is one of my favourite voices, and I follow his guidance so so closely today. I am happy and proud to have grown into his message, and it brings me a lot of peace to hear him speak on all topics - purpose, work, relationships.
Thank you Jay for your work - I really appreciate every episode!
