When her home speaker begins picking up her neighbors’ conversations and broadcasting them into her apartment, a lonely recent New York transplant, Julia (Rachel Brosnahan) becomes increasingly obsessed with her neighbors' lives. But what begins as a voyeuristic endeavor quickly devolves into a situation with real world consequences, and she quickly realizes she doesn’t know who to trust.

Good pacing and a likeable central character. Bit surprised by the sudden ending, I wonderd what I was supposed to take from it, or if ther is going to be a season 2. I enjoyed it though, and listened to all episodes in about 3 days
Highly bingeable Please hurry with Season Two

I have really enjoyed this well written thriller and am disappointed that it has ended on a cliffhanger. Please hurry with Season Two because I need to know what happens to Julia and Noah. Great performances and great story.
Good show

Was so intrigued but the ending has no resolution and left me feeling like I’d wasted my time. Is a second season coming?

Don’t waste your time. We learn nothing interesting about these characters and the story isn’t compelling in the slightest.

Truthfully, I found this easy to listen to, but mostly because I was expecting the “threads” to have a cohesive conclusion in the finale. Nope!! Not only was nothing attempted to be tied together, there wasn’t a conclusion in sight. We, as listeners, were given zero, literally zero definitive information about anything. So much so, that I actually thought I’d skipped the finale by accident.
We know as much by the 3rd episode, as we do by the end. The 2 stars are for the promise of what could have been. The missing 3 stars are for the what ended up being a mediocre listen, with no pay off!

I’m on episode 4 and now fully immersed in the experience. I’ve just got some new headphones, and had a check a few times behind me, thinking someone is in the house with me, the sound production is brilliant 🤩. Wonderful slow build still as we get comfortable in the apartment and the characters.
So sorry!

Gah. O know how much work must have gone into this and I wanted to like this but the writing just isn’t good enough. Maybe rushed or not enough script consultancy? The characters feel so one dimensional. From the off the boss is overtly dominating, Noah is evasive and defensive, and she accepts his childish behaviour. Because of that there’s no drama - there’s no space for these characters to develop. You’ve found out who they are by episode 2.
