I don’t write reviews but this app isn’t that great. Yes it comes with an instruction accessed via WhatsApp but that’s a Bot controlled system not giving useful information. I don’t know if I’ve set up the location correctly as i should have 1 minute to walk around my home but it immediately jumped to the next step instead of giving me a minute. Is it me? I don’t know but my daughter, doing it together, received the same. If I get dinged by the government, they can look at this message cuz the WhatsApp really doesn’t help.

I got the stay AH app upon returning to HK from abroad. After activation it ask for an status update , and when opening the app to scan the qr code it is stuck on the serial number page. Doesn’t do anything else. No camera, no scanning, even though I have approved it in settings as instructed...... not very useful.

I went back to HK on Monday and I received the SMS the next day. After following the instructions I was still stuck on the register form page.
