Overall the app is great but hotkeys are pretty much unusable and lack setups if you want to use this for day trading. Webull desktop has much better hotkey setup. Something that Futu needs to improve if they want to capture more day traders. For swing and long trades is manageable. Speed is still not as fast as other platforms and execution in the US market is sometimes slow and unable to execute when trading begins because of the amount of volume trading.

This apps is very useful for investment and tonnes of information such as historical financial information of listed company. Also, you could get a taste for what investment it is like through the simulator in various stock markets. However, the Apps interface is not user-friendly enough and should be improved in this aspect. You may take some time to adapt it.

Futu is a very user friendly stock trading app with much financial news and analytical information. When the user touches the price chart, it pops up small section that show the information of day high, day low, open, close, volume, etc. That is very convenient, however, the area is small and the font size is too small to be read. Would you please change it to have bigger font size / in bigger area? Thanks for your attention.

I have reported about this months ago and it is still going on. The online operator said it’s a bug and Futu engineers had been informed for a fix. But the auto-paste is an API function so it’s most likely intensional. This is very annoying. The auto-paste prompt would appear from time to time when you switch to the Futu app. It is still going on.

I made two transfers from my bank, both of which were denied. Later I found the transfers must be made for a linked account. This is fine. However the transfers were not returned to my account. I tried to contact Futu customer service (online, phone), waiting for a hour and couldn’t get any one. This is very frustrating and NOT acceptable!!! Cannot the transfers be automatically returned back to the bank account?

If my account was hacked and bought a ton of penny scam stocks and suffer total lost, i’m willing to bet they will say: we did our part, its ur end’s thats lacking security.
