We can’t able to do that current tournament task. It was very difficult to play. Am an premium player even I can’t able to clear the task. They are pushing us to buy more coins. Waste of money. Their first prefrence is not entertaining us bcoz they are grabbing our money. And am not ready to give star but atleast on star is mandatory here so am giving one star. Let me start by saying that this is a game that i would play hours and hours without hesitation. But due to the below mentioned problems it has made me think to even open the game. 1. As the levels progress the puzzles are getting harder, which of course is the right way for any puzzle game but then the number of moves that are provided are way to less for any normal level player to solve with and i know the developers have mentioned that all level are beatable but you need to understand that not all players play the same way 2. For each and every action that Austin has to make he requires a star which makes it slower to progress as we end up facing hard puzzles. 3. The last problem i have is that stop trying to force players purchase moves or boosters with super hard levels if you really are setting the difficulty with super hard then provide extra free boosters I have read other players reviews and seems like everyone has the same issue so please do not loose more players but forcing them to quit and do the right thing. This game really keeps me entertained. Just that as you cross level 90 and ahead, it becomes tough, that is also fine, but what is frustrating is level 118, they don’t give number of enough moves, also the rows keeps auto reshuffling because there is no row to match at a certain point from the system itself, plus the bubbles get the columns blocked and this is where I feel they want you to spend real money to get the coins and purchase them to clear the level because they keep reshuffling and also only three four colours match which doesn’t even give enough crackers. The reshuffling of rows itself shows that the level is totally unplanned and made for purchasing so I’m stopping it here! It’s getting boring…and nobody will really spend real money for clearing game levels. I’m on level 118 since two weeks. ITS REALLY BORING

i downloaded this game after seeing ads of puzzles game. But this game is nothing like they show in the ads. All the ads they make are fake. this game is like candy crush (just another matching game). Initially the levels are very easy. but later they become hard. at one point they become so hard that you cannot beat these levels without using powerups. thats where they loot you. they give you some free powerups to try. then they charge you like hell. you cannot progress in this game without paying money. This game is all about micro transactions. 😣

While playing many times once the level is completed to click on next level the game hangs and we need to close the app and open it again to play the next level. It happens few times while at the time of the challenges or if there is any power is given in game it mainly happens after every level which takes away the power time play and irritate also as we need to open & close the game. Please don’t download this game it’s really difficult and will cause frustration 💢💢You developers may say the game is easy but at level 15 itself it’s difficult to continue. Charging 900 coins for a retry is too much. Please do understand that many will be new to this type of game. You must encourage them by reducing the cost of retry And even the number of moves for joining gems and others should be atleast 50 or more so that we can try to beat each level without losing and having to wait for 2 hrs to play again after the lives get full. I have uninstalled the game for now hoping for an improvement. Please do make this game easy, the current state of the game is not like before 2 years where many say it’s easy to beat, it has become too difficult☹️☹️. Please understand and fix this issue 🙏

I used to love playing this game. I am on level 1520. However, now it seems like the difficulty level simply makes no sense. For example, combine the multicoloured ball with the kite. While it totally depends on the games algorithm, how can you keep these as difficult level when it is completely not in the players hand but on his luck?
Since the difficulty levels make no sense anymore, I have lost my interest completely in playing it.

Yes, I fell for the false advertising, but I am really in love with this game.
The thing I enjoy the most is the tough levels they have. I adore the challenges and there is always a way to beat these levels even without using power ups.
Austin’s story is beautiful and very well crafted, the overall narrative is executed splendidly.
I just wish there was a way or option to store our additional time grants in the game, as I seem to always get them when I don’t have the time to play the game.
Nevertheless great job Homescapes team. Keep it up 👍

Hey, I tried to share this bug through the “contact us” form but nothing was helpful. I tried reinstalling and logout and login with facebook but nothing worked out. Whenever I try to touch anything in the game, Austin says “can you see in the dark…” or “I dont want to tumble in the dark..” or “I’ll look into that tomorrow” or something like that. Even on a fresh new day of tasks this bug occurs. And its like this after opening “Barrow Estate”. Could you please look into this?

I downloaded this game 1 year ago and i I am still on level 60 the levels slowly get harder and harder this why I rate it 5 because the very first level I played the area was small and the goals were easy to get like 9 blue pices so I wasn’t interested but when I kept playing I found new things happening like the jelly and cherry and many other things when I reached level 50 I felt like I stepped in a whole new world with a set of new hard levels and I also like the changes of the house in we can choose how the house should look like but I don’t understand why they kept a cat and a aquarium because cats eat fish but I haven’t seen the cat eating fish and the seasons I like the pirate season but I was on stage 8 then season ended I liked the picnic in where we have to collect pieces with tickets these levels are getting hard but on the good side all the fun increases as well . Can they make the game more fun? (One note I downloaded Gardenscapes too later on I will share a review about it)

You should give atleast 2 stars for hard levels and 3 stars for super hard level. It takes a lifetime to clear them and at the end we get the same award. Why do we spend extra effort and time for one level if we are about to get the same output? This is a big demotivation factor in your game. Also sometimes very small tasks requires 3 starts. For ex. Just for putting 3 chairs in library I had to spend 9 stars. I mean seriously?? What are you guys thinking while defining its levels and tasks. Improve these things because these things make it less interesting. Giving 1 star because of these things. Apart from this game is good.

After playing over 3000 levels I can say it is an awesome game but nothing like the advertisement. The graphics are cool . The levels get tougher with progress but then that’s what makes it interesting. Renovating rooms is my fav part too. The only drawback is wasting hard earned coins on unnecessary tasks like feed the parrot or make tea etc. I mean it’s obnoxious so Kindly do something about it. Otherwise it’s a stress buster and I enjoy it😍😋😋

Overall the game is amazing and I recommend everyone to install this game. Though the levels are very hard. But the reason that I have given only 3 stars is that every third or fourth level a hard level comes. This is really annoying. And almost every task takes 2 stars so I have to beat two levels. If I even win a super hard level I only get one star. This is a very bad way of running a business. Utterly disappointed 😢

This game has an amazing story! You need stars to continue the story, but to earn them, you have to play CANDY CRUSH!!!! Seriously? Ok fine, we will play candy crush, but at one stage, the levels almost become impossible. How to beat them? Just, make the levels more simple. For example, I have been trying level 118 for almost 45 days! And still I have not beat that level. Just these problems. But the story and the characters are more than amazing. Just fantastic!

Game is very good compared to others as there is only a jump of level but here is other part every level earn a star and build own empire which is very excited and eager to move more level to built a complete home. Only one request as event start there are two there event at a same time which give give free hours kindly change so that experience for players will be good as earning lot of free hours spoils the mentality as no one can can play 3 or 4 hour or 6 hours continue.

I must say this is a very nice game as among the games I played so far this seemed to me very promising but i am not sure why you guys are making the levels so unnecessarily difficult which even dont have a difficult tag associated
It makes sense to expect difficulty in the levels which are tagged “hard” or “super hard” but even normal levels are sometime made so irritating that a player looses all the excitement of playing
Even i agree with other users review who are freaked out of the stars relation with the task like many times after thriving so hard for the level when user gets star then he see the simple task is expecting 3 star or 2 star which is really demotivating
I must say that if this game’s algorithm can be made a bit relevant in terms of complexity then this can be one of the most interesting game
At one point the levels will become unbeatable without powerups

The game was fun until the levels became so hard that you cannot best them unless you have powerups. Also why are there useless tasks like playing with a cat and why do i need stars to do that🤷🏻♂️ And you can’t get the starts unless you beat those crazy hard levels which are pretty much unbeatable without powerups. After the hall is done there are just useless tasks being given and after completing those hard af levels we just get 1 star and that is used in completing those useless and senseless tasks. And its not just me there are so many players complaining the same. If you force the players to buy stuff to beat the levels ...its simple they’ll just uninstall it like I did🤷🏻♂️. Will tell everyone I know to NOT DOWNLOAD THIS GAME. You guys dont care about your users just want to extract money from us. Just make the game paid and get done with it you money thirsty vultures 🙏🏻

I’ve been playing this game from 2 months now and I really like it. I just want to ask the team why restoring grandpa’s portrait takes 2 stars but for grandma it takes only 1.
I did not expect this kind of sexism in a game like this. There are other instances also where this kind of sexist attitude is depicted. I hope the Homescapes teams acknowledges this review and makes a few changes.

The concept of the game is undoubtedly amazing, but I feel the even for levels that aren’t hard or super hard, sometime the difficulty is too high. I mean you just want us to use power ups for every level! So that ultimately we have no choice but to purchase. Also 6 stars for changing one freaking furniture, in two rounds of 3 stars each, is a little too much if you ask me. 2 stars for one element is enough. I start to lose interest mid way and give up for several days and then come back only to realise that 6 levels I have to clear just to change the book shelf, which by the way takes at least 12-15 attempts.

I love this game. Have been playing since a long time. But last few months have been getting several glitches in the game
1. Sometimes the game just reboots itself even if I am playing or may be idle for a minute or two. It has happened when I am nearly completing a stage and the game has rebooted and I have lost a life
2. Post update the installation took a long time. It basically crashed twice before opening the game again.
3. Cash issue has happened in past also.
4. Same cube sequence even if it is auto flowing the game won’t take it. So if 6 same color cubes are supposed to come it would take 3 or 4. It’s been happening a lot recently.
5. There should be skip option when Austin’s family is talking for a longer time. Sometimes u need to wait for the pause and words to get over before u can proceed ahead.

Most of the levels are too hard after a certain amount of levels and I just feel like it’s not worth it because I didn’t download the game to waste my time playing candy crush. It could’ve been better if the levels were little more easier and would’ve made the game better.

This is an interesting concept, because there’s actually a point in clearing levels.
After a long time of playing this though, I’ve come to realise that the levels are very difficult. And a lot of time (sometimes even weeks) are spent in trying to clear some of the hard and superhard and sometimes even regular levels.
I’ve often grown fed up of playing the same level and given up on the entire game itself.

This is the only game that had held my attention for last 4 months.
I am neither a young gamer nor a spender on games. But this is the only game where I really felt like rewarding the teams which is involved in creating this game so I did purchase a few things.
I am in my late 40s and my daughter in her prime teens, we both play this together. She is better than me in strategising for winning, and I am more interested in decorating Austin’s home, choosing interiors. We both play it together and have so much fun.
I also learnt about the team creating it, and was really amazed at how much hard work has gone in to creating Austin and his entire ensemble.
It’s an inclusive game integrating key festivals from Christian and Chinese calendar, I wish Key festivals from all key countries get added.

The game is nice n I enjoy playing it.... but as you go on higher level,it is very difficult to clear 1 level even after spending 15-20 lives.... as far as competition is concerned in this game whether of medal collection or airplane due to the difficulty of levels above 2000 i don get any rewards coz it make me stuck even in simple level.... “DECREASE” the level of difficulty so tht the player at higher level can play easily n win prize otherwise it worth nothing else will have to uninstall this game

I was fascinated by the advertisement and downloaded this game but it turned out completely different ..but after playing for a while i found it interesting as there were tasks to do along the puzzle unlike the other games..but some levels are so difficult like it takes a lifetime to clear them especially when you have certain targets to achieve in a time span ..so please do something for that.. and a big 👍🏻 for the latest addition that you people have made about winning the coins by collecting boosters because it is nearly impossible in the jackpot quest 😥. Last but not the least please do change your advertisement of the game

The game is so addictive. It’s so sad to see lot of bad ratings n reviews. Crossed 1000 levels n never faced any issues till now. Yes, some levels r difficult but there’s no fun in playing easy boring levels. Sometimes i had played some difficult levels for 3 or 4 days. I play with my family members n friends which is a nice way to stay connected. Great work by the developer. Austin just keeps entertaining us with his thoughts n stories.

At the beginning this game was really interesting and fun to play but eventually as I move ahead and crossed level 2214 , this game proved to very monotonous. It keeps on repeating super hard levels, even a normal level is very hard .The moves are very annoying and sometimes it makes you stuck on a single level for days. Even the power ups are useless as we have to use it according to their wish. Your tasks and power ups are very expensive yet our hard earned star and coins are so cheap , only a single star and less than 40 coins per level !
What Is The Use Of Super Hard Levels ?? This game is good for increasing frustration rather than relaxing.

I was playing another game and the advertisement for this was coming up relentlessly. And the advertising was quite interesting.. I should add. So i installed the game and what a disappointment it was! Instead of these puzzles that i was expecting as advertised, it was plain old candy crush! And the reason i am giving 1 star and writing this review is because i got sooooo many ads of this game while i was playing my own game that i got frustrated! And this is the best i can do to get back. Here’s the thing.. Are you sure you are spending your money correctly??? Use it instead to hire devs who can actually build the game as advertised and you won’t need so much publicity. If you can’t then this money on ads is a facade and uselesss and people WILL uninstall the app after the install and you guys are just doing it a disservice.

Well here’s the thing, the game is overall a good game and you can play it till Level 98 when your Hall is completely done and you move to kitchen.
The Level gets so difficult that even after 50 attempts you cannot beat the level unless you have all powerups and by all I mean all all the 6 powerups. The 6 powerups you take should be more than 1 or else you can’t beat the Game.
The working of powerups gets changed after a certain level.
And here’s to developing team, if you want people to play this game and you want an increase in sale you should follow the thing I mentioned below
1). Stop false Advertisement because you game don’t match those ads
2). Just decrease the level of difficulty a little bit so that people can atleast come near to beat the level without using any powerups which they get as a reward
3). The stars which are used to change the furniture of the house must be as per the value of furniture e.g:- If you want to change 2 floors then stars for that should be only 1 per floor . It should not be 2 per floor.
That’s my honest review I harp everyone will understand about the game from this and developers will respond to this not a copy paste computer generated reply but a genuine reply.

The game is nice but how the ad shows about this game is false. We dont get the chance to either save the situation like fixing the rooms or washrooms or even saving the man “austin” the ad always showed how we’ll get the situation but in reality it is not so. Even though i started playing and got a little addictive but every second level was wither hard level or super hard level which actually shifted my interest from this game. If the levels are comparatively smooth enough to cross and the hard levels or super hard levels wouldn't bump up then this game can be considered to play. Please do something about the levels, else you'll loose players nothing less.

I installed app and expected to play game as per promotional videos. In promotion they show that we need to save the man in different situations but in real we only play candy crush kind of game after playing 12 13 levels of that game I did not get a single chance to save that man. This is like I am decorating the home by paying stars which I have earned from the game looks like candy crush.
My simple concern is that I expected that I will be saving that man in different situations by selecting right option. But what I get is a game like candy crush. If I want to play that kind of game I would prefer candy crush.

When I first started playing the game it was fun and addictive, but after like 20 levels I’m not able to crack it and honestly the more difficult it is the more likely I am to delete this game because I’ve been stuck on a level since 4-5 days and it’s honestly ANNOYING. A little challenge is okay but not being able to continue AT ALL because of one round is honestly disappointing.

The game is nice. But stop with the false advertising. It’s very annoying to see ad where it looks like a game about saving the house and making choices that can make or break a level and then when you open the actual app it’s about building up a broken down place and renovating. It’s like ordering a pizza and getting delivered a burger instead. Its good, but it’s not what I wanted. If I was looking for a game and found this advertised as it actually is, I’d probably be interested in that without having to be disappointed initially. In fact I’d be really satisfied. So, my main point, don’t advertise falsely.
P.S: I only began playing it cause I figured maybe the fixing starts once I finish the actual renovation. But it seems like the renovations are taking forever.

Developers have done something terrible to increase the game’s difficulty at higher levels. It has become almost impossible to complete the puzzle on one go after Lv. 800. Not only that i am only able to move an average of 5 levels in day after 3-4 hours of gameplay. This gives me around 5 stars in 1 day Which is approximately 1 bloody task! And this has been continuing for days. In one week i have moved from lv 820 to 845. Such a snail-pace has come to a point that it doesn’t make sense for me to continue playing this really amazing game that i loved. I cannot afford to play a game that allows me to complete only 1 task in a day.

Its a very good, interesting game especially the decor part, however some levels are so so hard that it seems that they have specifically made it difficult so that free users cannot complete them without purchasing additional points!
Also it would be better if even few points are provided for every successful move n not just the whole level!

I really enjoy playing this game, but there is quite a bit to work on. Sometimes the game play is stuck or faulty, and lives are just taken away when I don’t even quit the level I’m on and am in the middle of it. Additionally the amount of stars required for things is getting a bit ridiculous. The town league just became faulty and demoted me from the PRO LEAGUE to the Town League- when the competition just began!!! Also I’m being charged game coins for items I HAVE ALREDY PURCHASED. Please fix this...it really takes away from the game experience.💔

So I was playing another game (Vikings) and the ad for this game kept popping up. It was there for 40 seconds, with a 20-second trailer and a 20-second “trial” where you had to move around furniture or tap on stuff. The thing is that this 40 second ad basically ruined the game i was playing because it went on long enough to kill me in the game. I saw the ad to “revive” my player character, but they never did because of how long the ad is. I wanted to say that ad techniques like these aren’t productive, but they totally are, or you wouldn’t all be lapping it up and giving it a 4.4 rating simply because it’s free. Seriously, people, grow some sense and support games with pro-consumer policies.

I was hardcore addicted to this game.. but since I’ve reached level 200 which is actually a normal level.. not even a hard level.. it took away all my power ups .. I’ve tried it endless times.. and I’m stuck on it since a month now.. I also have the Gardenscapes installed and am at level 412 or maybe higher.. it too has certain levels which are hard even if they’re normal but I never had to wait for a week to clear the level.. a few tries later I’d be done and crossed that and many more.. sadly I guess.. it’s time to part ways with this particular game.. although I’d happily continue with Gardenscapes!! I just hope that doesn’t start doing the same

I don’t understand how so many people have given bad comments about it. I love this game the most among the million other games I’ve played in my entire life. It literally has amazing graphics and sounds and stories and it is detailed to perfection. Feels like the maker has been really selfless in making it an enjoyable game. Id totally recommend it ❤️❤️❤️ also about the people who’ve complained that the game crashes a lot or even after making changes there is no change appearing, maybe it is either a fault in you phone or your internet. It works really well and has never crashed for me and I’m on level 306.

This game is all right compared to Gardenscapes. And I’m writing this as a comparison itself. A bit frustrating and clunky at times but I’ll not just complain but suggest some things that can be done.
1- Add the ‘skip’ option for after level clearing animation like in Gardenscapes. This is the most needed feature.
2-Reduce the number of stars to do any task. I mean four stars just to put a little chair?
3-I don’t know what it is exactly but gameplay isn’t as crisp as Gardenscapes. Somehow it just feels sluggish.
Anyhow good luck. I really hope you would work on the first two things at least.
Crashes and Freezes

This game was something I was badly addicted to and was enjoying thoroughly. In fact it’s the first game ever wherein I made in game purchases. But for last 4-5 days after I crossed level 158 the game freezes and crashes on its own. I tried all troubleshooter options given in your help section but it got worse after that. After in re-installed the game it took me 5 levels back from where I was and now doesn’t start at all. It loads and crashes.
Either do something about this or else refund my money. I made in game purchases to progress in levels and not to experience the crash and not able to play at all.
