I have been using Grindr for very long time but for last few months after updates, i faced refreshing issue.

The grid is not refreshing that fast. Its very slow and sometimes its not even loading and stuck though internet speed is fair enough. I tried every time clearing cache and try, sometimes it works and sometimes it just doesn't.

And it only works if uninstall and install again from start. Not sure what is causing the issue. But god, i uninstalled and installed many times for just getting refresh of grid.

Refreshing of grid is very essential. Now i am tired of this. I am thinking of other options or replace.

I request dev to look into this issue. This gonna be huge issue and its gonna get lot of users quit.

Grindr has a huge role in making the community toxic & keeping it that way. They won’t bring in the picture verification feature, they won’t act against solicitation or sale of drugs. No matter how much you report the profiles on these reasons, they won’t take any action. Despite getting listed on NYSE, they still take any accountability. Grindr always has bugs related to startup. Every release fixes something and breaks something else.

In this release, if the user’s location is set to deny precise locations, then the entire app stops working.

Notifications don’t work, messages don’t arrive, refreshes don’t work.

Given that I live in a conservative country and Grindr hasn’t had the best track record with privacy, I have never felt comfortable giving Grindr my exact location. That’s why I have this setting off.

But, apparently that’s something they need now. Annoying. It used to work. Why is it broken now?

It’s one of the best app for every needs. The best part of it, if you don’t like anyone, you can just block the person. So you don’t have to see him/her again. But unfortunately this doesn’t work. After 2 or 3 days that person reappears, that’s irritating.

Grinder do take care of the person safety, you can report if person is harassing or spam or anything whatever you don’t like. This the great initiative.

Best part you can precheck about a place, by just changing the location. Which is absolutely awesome. I do love checking out places like this.

Adding to favourite list, helps me to chat to the person no matter of the geographic location.

Atlast, am enjoying it. It’s one of the best while you travel.

My iPhone is banned from Grindr and it’s been 6 months saying that. I’ve always kept my real pictures and own social media account linked with the profile. The worst is that there’s no one to help you from Grindr and just because I use iPhone I can’t get it fixed. Grindr should know that there’s people who report accounts out of jealousy in this gay world. How can I get my Grindr back to my iPhone ? Be a human and help it.

My account is banned without a reason. Even I’m creating a new account with new mail and all data still facing same issues lot of people found the same problem in last two months and support team is not giving reply please do solve it
