The app works totally fine in the phone version. However, in the iPad version, in my profile tab, under the “Boards” section, a majority of my boards are just not visible ! Even after updating the app to the latest version, the issue still persists. 🙃

I'm an avid user of pinterest as im an artist but today i couldn't save a pin to my boards by long pressing it, rather it was being saved to my profile and i had to manually go and organise it. Idk why you guys decided to do this but please bring back the shorthand of directly choosing which bosrd to save the pin in by long pressing.

I used to love Pinterest, but today I clicked on around 5 pins (I thought they were pins) but they were all ads, and it redirected me to Amazon or safari. Feels like I’m being tricked into a scam. It’s not cool.
It’s so annoying and takes away what I used to love about this app. I hope they can change it back to how it was before.

I have been using Pinterest for a very long time and I must say that it is an amazing app for creative expression, from lifestyle content to educational content. You can find everything that caters to your niche. However, over the years after multiple updates there are a few issues that I have come across.
1. Auto Refresh- Anybody who uses Pinterest knows how annoying it is when they see a pin and the app automatically refreshes the page!
2. The most recent update has changed the way we publish our pins. Earlier we could publish multiple pins. But now we have to wait for one pin to publish before we can even get to the next one!
3. No Crop Feature- Pinterest provides you with multiple ways to edit your pictures, from filters to aspect ratio, but it doesn’t have a simple crop feature that allows us to tweak the picture before we publish it.
4. Sensitive Touch- While scrolling through the pins on a board, if i scroll a little too fast, it closes the board and opens the “saved” window from my profile. It’s difficult to manoeuvre when you know the pin you’re looking for is really down!
Rest, it is one of my favourite apps. Easy to use and very fun. Keeps me up with all the recent trends!
Worst Reordering Process for Pins

Reordering my pins has been such a sell useless hassle every time. I try to order my pins in the order that I want but everything gets so messed up that all pins get shuffled around. It seems to that the uneven aspect ratio of each pin creates this messy reordering experience as just one shift can shuffle everything around. Probably because the whole grid gets arranged unevenly according to the aspect ratio of neighbouring pins. But this is a frustrating process as all the reordered pins get repeatedly shuffled and is placed all over the place. Please sort out this reordering flaw.

The new update where accounts with the age under 16 are made private is absolutely horrible. I understand why the update was put there but it ruins the entire experience, people should be able to have a public account where a person needs to send a request to follow someone if that’s why its on private. It also doesn’t make sense how theres still a profile picture, caption, ability to post pictures if the account is on private anyway. Completely ruined the app and they should come up with a better way of keeping teens safe. Would’ve given it a 5 star if it weren’t for this.

New update makes it impossible to open pins in landscape format on iPad

Hi, so long time user of Pinterest on iPad. One of my favourite apps but the most recent update makes it impossible for me to look at any pins while in landscape format. Why such an inconsistent inconvenient update ? And that too, without any prior warning ? I was genuinely worried that my device was broken and it wasn’t until I went scourging on Twitter that I realised that its not an isolated problem.
This update completely ruins the experience, specially since the iPad is more ergonomic when used horizontally and also if I am using the app in parallel with any other app. So please look into this and try fixing it. Thanks.

Really good app for downloading good wallpapers for your phone. But after using this for app for 7 months or more this guys are asking my date of birth which I don’t want to provide and whatever the info I want to provide they have took it from my gmail account.
Now, this app ask your DOB which you cannot not close if you stop/kill the app and again start it, still that DOB screen will be displayed and without providing that info you cannot access the content. I don’t want to provide my DOB. Eventually l provided wrong DOB and they deactivated my account. I need to send mail to reactivate the account where they will again ask me to update my DOB. I don’t like this policy where a person is forced to provide his/her DOB.
I will pay for other similar app but not gonna use this app again.

Pinterest update made it worse right now. You can’t choose your section in which you want to save your pin. You can only choose the board which makes it boring to use because you need to again and again go to the boards personally and choose the section. Before the update it worked just fine! Please do something about this problem! Overall best app to use<3

A wonderful app. A feedback for the developer: Few pins got deleted from my account. The developer says about community guidelines but it is nowhere mentioned. Further, community guidelines should be applied on the pin creator i.e., when a pin is created it should get available for others only when the pin has completed no violation rules. If a user is saving a pin which has been already created by another user, instead of approaching the creator why is someone else being penalised? Why should someone else gets a threatened message of account blockage? Please use a moderator in between after the creation of pins and avoid threatening some other user who saves the pin. Moderator should check the pin before it gets available for everyone else.

How to delete certain saved pins

Pinterest is one of my very favourites. Recently I’ve received mails from them saying they had to delete certain pins because they violated community guidelines. I was also warned to delete such pins otherwise they’ll take additional action on my count but I don’t even have an idea as to which pin it was. The link got expired within 7 days. Not to mention I have about 10 boards, of which some boards contain 2k saved pictures. How on earth do they expect me to search through so many pictures?
Shouldn’t they take such actions on accounts that upload them? Why is simply pining pictures for my personal self taken action against? They need to re think. I don’t even visit my pinned pictures and boards.

Well well well . . . It may be a good app given all the posh ratings and reviews but seriously it is THE WORST app ever. I hope the developer responds to this because I ain’t happy by it. I am 13 years old and when Pinterest asked for my age, I mistakenly pressed at 1 instead of 3 so it took my age as 11. So now, without conforming if my age was 11 or not (any app I’ve ever seen asking for my age confirms) this hell of an app blocked my account. And now, I cannot login with my email and I don’t have 10 others.
You need to be careful white entering any detail if you don’t want to have your account blocked.

hi Pinterest, your app is my favorite and hence, my most-used one. just a few tips you could potentially add in future updates to make using Pinterest an even better experience: (1) is there any way to remove the auto-refresh every time you open the app? i always lose pins that i have looked at and wanted to save into my boards. (2) can you bring back the ‘like’ feature? it’s inconvenient to manually search for the Pinterest likes board and i’m sure majority of your users are with me on this one. (3) whenever i try to save a pin, the “top choices” are always irrelevant to the pin.

I absolutely loved Pinterest until I updated it today. It was my favourite app but now I hate it. The new update has made it so ugly with the top and bottom borders, the panels at the top and bottom cut the view of the pins and are ugly as hell. The search section is ugly, I cant even see four FULL pins at the same time. There are no more suggestive sections at the top of the home feed which you could access simply by swiping right.
Pinterest was supposed to be aesthetically pleasing but now it just looks so bad. Even the functionality of the app has become sub par. The random refreshes in the home feed AND the profile page. I cant even change the lay out of my boards anymore, I have a lot many of them so i like to lay them out as a list, but I cant do that with this new version.
The new design is simply ugly to look at and the app doesn’t work efficiently anymore either. Guess I’ll just have to minimise my use of the app completely since it doesn’t give the aesthetic comfort anymore 🤷🏻♀️

Pinterest is an impressive multi-faceted app. I use it everyday, and most of the time, it’s unproblematic.
However, when it comes to the organise feature in each board, Pinterest is highly frustrating. The user interface is not smart, but is instead complicated to figure out how to select existing pins and reorganise them. Even when I figured out how to do so, selecting 113 pins to move to a subsection of my board, Pinterest did not follow through with the action.
Note: Recently the app has been glitching a lot, and it’s making my experience of using Pinterest unenjoyable. Developers of Pinterest, please do something about these glitches as I am slowly drifting away from the app.

This app is literally everything, I am glad I get to use this app. All the features are amazing but I would like to suggest something, hope the developers of this app will consider it.
After creating board, sometimes I add too much post in it and when I have to deleted some of the post, I had to go one by one in editing option of each post to delete. Is there any way that you can add select option in the app, where user can select multiple post at once and delete it or move it.
Other than that the app is outstanding. Love using this app and thank you for making this amazing app.

Really I love the app content and I can see how they have put in efforts to develops the app, for example, we now have filters for story pins! But the app crashes a lot! And there are a lot of bugs! Sooo many issues with comments, this has been a problem for 2 months or so. We can’t see the comment on our story pins/normal pins sometimes. We can’t see the reply, nor can we like or reply to that. It really gets on your nerves when you are a creator and don’t get to interact with your audience. Please fix this Pinterest!

Pinterest is app that helps u finding any pics, videos etc. Me as an ARMY, I wanted some nice photos of BTS which I didn’t found on google and lucky me I found Pinterest! When I opened the app, I saw some BTS photos and I wanted to save them in my gallery. As we know Pinterest has an option to save, when I clicked on save it asked me to create a board and I was like what? The save option is not for saving it in the gallery? So it’s really hard for me to take screenshots and do screen recordings to save the photo, I want Pinterest to make an option of saving a photo or a video in gallery. Thus, I would give it 4 stars. If this problem solved I will rate this 5!

Additionally, Pinterest helps you search for new ideas is constantly update and is an excellent app! I also use it to message a couple of my friends, so just a suggestion : maybe you could allow people to send media (photos and videos). Don't get to excited over introducing new features every week or so whereas the application can't even run properly tho.

1)Pinterest is the hands-down best app on the App store. But,
2)You guys need to stop with the constant updates. You guys keep rolling out updates every two weeks as if that’s a good thing but it so isn’t. It’s frustrating. The layout keeps changing, the buttons keep changing. STOP. For real. Please. Change is nice, but constant change is ****ing annoying.
3) There’s a new feature. I don’t know if it is a mistake or it isn’t but listen. Suppose I’m scrolling through my feed and I see a couple interesting pins. I open one, I see it and then I go out to see the other ones. But tada! The entire feed is refreshed as soon as I go out of that pin. It’s so frustrating and this is recent thing, it didn’t happen ever before. So if I’m going through my feed, I can never enter two or more pins that I see one after the other and want to open up or visit its background site.
I love you Pinterest, but staahhpp with da updatessss. :(((

Hi developers the app is very nice and there is no problem with the content the problem is that the app crashes again and again while seeing some images or uploading a pin.. when I open the app it always opens up the make a business account on its own and when I fill every detail and click done , nothing happens and when I click it many times it says user in deny list and sometimes it says error 0 and this also happens when I manually go to that option in the profile option :(
Please help me out on this, it would be very much appreciated

This app is absolutely amazing! It can very quickly become an addiction as you find communities and people to connect with.
I have an issue with the app, however, where I can only see a limited number of replies to previous comments, and even when I click on 'see more replies', it shows me the same thing again. Is this a problem everyone is facing, or is it just me? Thanks!

Alright now. Huddle close. I’ve been using Pinterest for nearly 6 years now and I have tons and tons of pins saved. Beautiful pins. Aesthetic pins. Pins that inspire and pins that motivate. Sure sometimes I get carried away and look for cars. Or maybe some singer that I like. Either way the fact that I didn’t save a pin about them can mean only one thing. I want to see them occasionally and only when I feel like. Not every single time I open the app. And thank the heavens there’s a feature for that called ‘Search’. Yes that magnifying glass icon. That’s does the job of fulfilling my guilty pleasures. Which means I don’t want Pinterest recommending based on my history. At all. Not turning off recommendations for particular pins. I don’t want the history to affect. At. All.
That’ll be it.

It’s an app I can’t go without at all times.
However there are a few things that bug me:
Whenever I zoom into the picture, my app crashes and thenI have to close the app from task view and reopen it and have to search for the image again.
Also lately it is annoying me because the recommendations that show up on my feed are just wildly off. They used to be precise and on point with my interests but the ones that show up now are just completely random and it’s annoying because I tried hiding a lot of them and choosing the option that it’s irrelevant to me and yet it doesn’t seem to solve the problem.
Apart from that it’s my go to app. Please fix this issue soon. I want to go back to how it used to be just two updates before.

I have been using this app for a while and mashallah ! It has been developing ever since. The best thing about Pinterest is it gives you the feed you love . Meaning you only see stuff that you like and you can remove those which you don’t like . Plus it’s full of inspiration and positivity for me . If you’re new it might a short time to get your interest and ideas aligned so that you get your perfect feed . But overall yesss This is app is great

App shuts down automatically as i click on the screen and goes back to the home the same happens even after restarting. I even formatted my phone to make it work but that also didn’t work
So it is better for you to fix the bug as soon as possible or you will be dealing with major loss of faith by users on you guys which directly result in loss of users

This beautiful app allows me to travel the world in many ways.......world of design or world of recipes......art....culture....without taking up too much of my time while doing so. I’m really tired of sites whose very process demands too much interaction. A lot of nights, I come in here, pick up a topic, anything...vintage bikes, designer pens, macrame....and look delightedly at the lovely pics without having to like or comment on anything....and go off to sleep with the thoughts some lovely things the world has to offer.

I was happy enough with the app until recently. After the last couple of updates the app keeps crashing while I'm using it. It goes blank while I'm swiping through pins and all the tabs stop working. I have to keep shutting the app and starting it up again, which is particularly irritating when I'm searching for something in particular and have to keep scrolling through the same results again and again. Please fix this problem.

This app could not have been worse for me at the moment. It’s so laggy, always freezes out every now and then. My feed is filled with stuff I didnt even follow. Infact the people and boards I have followed are everything that’s NOT showing up. I have to manually go to my followed stuff and choose the one I wanna check out. Sometimes the feed it empty and I have to close and open the app again to get it working. I love this app but to see it at this condition irritates me. And yes I have tried reinstalling it. Same issues still.

For someone who had a career all of her adult life and let go everything all at once to be a full time mom; Pinterest has been more of a friend, a partner. It’s almost as if my day doesn’t begin till I have a conversation with her (I mean Pinterest). Right from loosing baby fat, to diet and exercise, though postpartum depression, through redemption, hobbies, life and new hobbies, Pinterest has been with me through and through.

Pinterest was one of my top favourite apps, but the recent updates has really made me change my mind! The like button was really easy and user friendly to keep pins that you want to visit again, now we have to make new boards for it and it’s really annoying. Secondly, the download picture to camera roll option has also been removed! Now i cannot download the pictures and i have to have a screenshot which is not useful as the quality becomes disrupted and the battery time etc widgets can be seen.
I really liked the earlier version as this update is not at all useful and is instead making it harder for me to keep track of my pins and downloading them
