i have taken loan for my phone and have paid all the emi on time but don't know why bajaj finserve kept my 1 rupee as due balance for my phone loan for past 1 year which caused my Cibil score. i have tried to pay that single rupee using Bajaj App but it's not possible they causes error there and have called there customer id no. they also denied me from hepling me. very poor service, I will not recommend anyone to use their Emi card because they say its no Emi but they also charge you hidden charges and also a lot of insurance which is compulsory very poor service hopeless Emi Card

Pls don’t apply this,the agent name Dimple Kunal has called me for processing my credit card,she send WhatsApp message to share my document after everything uploaded,she ask 1699rs for card membership fee and 1000 will be refund in my card ..so I paid 1699,after half and hour due to technical issues I need to deposit 2500 for my card that also will be refundable in my card..i said I need my card or else give me the refund..after saying tommorow will refund from company now they ask me cancellation is not possible this and that blaaaaa what a cheap ..

Worst customer service & product service

Ordered a smartphone and in the app it was showing that it will be delivered by 11th October. On 9th oct got a text from bajaj that it will be delivered by 9th. On 10th oct called the customer service 1st guy(yash)didn’t know how to speak with other mannerless guy and he disconnected the call, 2nd guy gave me false assurance that order will be delivered by 11th and he has also raised internal request and their team will call me in 24hours but never received any call.
When I called today they said they don’t have any details of their dealer partner, which is concerning, how come you guys deal with people whose details you don’t have.
Also she said delivery is done within 6 days if thats that case why do you implement the feature to check when order will be delivered in the app if you guys can’t put it on work.
Bajaj is fooling the customers and nothing else.
Never going to purchase anything with this useless bajaj card!!!

The service of the Bajaj pay wallet in this app is very disappointing

I’ve put some money in Bajaj pay wallet and in order to use that money, full KYC is Mandatory. And I’ve provided all the necessary details for 7-8 times and it got failed for every single time and I’ve raised request to solve my problem and I got a call from their side every time I raised request but no one solved my issue and I’m unable to use that money and also I can’t take it back in my bank account.
The app’s service is very bad and disappointing as they promise to solve the issue but they don’t do it. So I suggest don’t put your money in the Bajaj wallet

I m very disappointed from the customer service of bajaj finserv. I have issue in login. I have complained so many time in last One Year but they said your query hase been resolved but this is wrong msg because the problem is continuing and after a long time of period they said kindly upload your kyc documents. Then I uploaded the documents as per telephonic conversation after that I received many calls they said your query is resolved and the customer service agent said i got a massage that ur query is resolved kindly login but the problem is not resolved i m not able to login and then he said i will inform to backend team they will solve soon. He was the 20th agent said this to me. They blocked my 8000 rs in their wallet from last 1 year without any reason if there is a reason then they dont want to solve it. I don’t know who is responsible for all this.
I m very disappointed from bajaj.
I think i have to go to consumer court.
Kindly suggest ?

Headache after using Bajaj pay wallet

Eventually I thought of using Bajaj pay wallet. So I tried paying for my order in smytten. For more some reason I have to cancel the order in smytten. The merchant(smytten) issued the refund . Even I got a message from Bajaj pay that the refund has been initiated but it never got credited to wallet. Till this date they are telling me to check with merchant . Well merchant has given me the refund reference number which I have provided it to the Bajaj team and I also informed them about the message which I got from Bajaj pay for the refund initiation, but they still feel clueless for the refund and they are looking into the issue. I may get my money back but the thing is to get into this hassle for our own refund is stressful. I would suggest to pay through the credit card upi or use any reputable wallet service or wait till they improve there services.

Fraudulent Charges every Month

There so called no cost EMI will come to a huge cost for you. I purchased 4 appliances through the BAJAJ card and as per the date of deduction which is 2nd of every month, they dos not deduct the amount and charge a fee on my account worth 500 rs for no reason. I paid advance for my refrigerator, still they did not update the payment and charged me fee. They also left a overdue amount of Rs 0.08 and charged me defaulter fee for no reason. This month happened the same thing. This is how they are going to extract the interest from you. You are going to end up paying more than what you owe. They do not even allow you to connect to the customer support department. Their IVR keeps taking in inputs by itself and say that we have given invalid inputs to not connect customer to the support team. Pathetic people they are.

Hi,
I got a call from Swathi P Bajaj recently who informed me that my loan has been approved and my money will be transferred within 24-48 hours and was asked to pay 1950 for the CIBIL and once the payment is done I got a call and she she told me that the verification is done and the money will transferred within the next day, and since from the next next day I didn’t got any response nor the money. And what the bad part is , I tried messaging the numbers and tried calling, they disconnected the call repeatedly and was also keeping my messages on seen. And now the messages are not going, Such a very disappointing and disrespectful , Now after I paid the money there no response at all.
If the loan is not going to be provided then I need my 1950 back now.

I have been a customer of bajaj 5 years now
Its employees have always tricked people to take loans
They lie and then say we have not
But now the worst happened i mer a person name rohit maggog who is a bajaj employe
He called me multiple times over 2 months
Sir i have this offer that offer no annual fee no processing fee
I told him is this possible he said yes i am a bajaj employee i have been doing this
He took a photo of me while we were walking and made friends but little did i know this was a fraud
He sanctioned me a loan of 37 lakh without me knowing terms and conditions
Then he said sir i am there ur brother i will pay everything from my comission
And over 4 months he went saying lies
First he faked an accident
Then he said some of his family members have died
I was shocked how come this can happen
But i felt this was all lie and he was gaining sympathy so that he will ward off his payment
Now he is not talking to me and making fun of what i say
This is the reality of bajaj and its employees
There should be zero star i would give u

Bad customer support

I'm really upset with this app and their terrible customer support. Whenever I try to get help, it always shows a frustrating message that says, “ An error has occurred. We will be up and running shortly." This has been going on for at least a month now, and they haven't fixed it or explained anything. What's even worse is that they added an insurance policy to my account along with flexi loan without asking me first. They never told me about it, and they sneaked in some extra charges that they didn't mention. It feels like they're trying to trick me, and I don't appreciate that at all. They're not being honest and they don't seem to care about making their customers happy. When something goes wrong, I expect them to help me quickly and make things right, but they don’t care about their customers I really don't recommend this app to anyone unless you want to deal with constant problems and no support. I regret wasting my time and money. This app's customer support and business practices have left me feeling very disappointed. I can't give them more than one star.

In the app there is no mention of email address of customer care nor helpline number. It is excludd deliberately to avoid bulk query. In the my account section the option of viewing closed account is inoperative which was earlier present. Whatmore is that when we go to help/ contact us section, there is alist of limited questions which were decided by you but no option to contact you if the question doesnt match. The only solution is to close the app and wait patiently. There should be customer care number and registered address mention at the top. Now a days nobody is free to talk to customer care executive unnecessaryily.

As a user always need to use application everywhere , when I was in India application run very nicely unfortunately now I am out of India for 11 months , surprisingly the application stopped working now , not been open, when I clicked on application only I can see BAJAJ FINSERV that's it. Reason being I am not able to see my loan status etc. Nowi have one questions for developers and companies all higher person , Out of India this application working or not ?? Currently I am in Kuwait . Is it possible to use application here or not please share your opinion s . Thank you

Unnecessary login with phone number

This app ask for mobile number and then sends otp to then for pin. Seriously all banks have simple login by using mpin or biometric instead of entering phone number and then otp and then pin. If the process is for security concerns then why to use huge size app and fillup my space, simply I would go and access via web browser. Mobile Application are developed to enhance and ease user experience but it is degrading. Other banks who have a ton of load and keeping the security on top most priority asks for simple biometric access or pin and then we are in.

Though we don’t need money they deposit directly to our personal account claiming that this is done as part of the over draft virtual account opening process. And then I need to return the amount back to virtual account immediately the same day to avoid any interest or other charges. However, when they deposit as loan they are deducting huge amount as charges and now though I returned the full amount deposited the same day, they have converted the charges as my loan amount asking me to pay them as EMI. This is real Fraud that was never expected from a company like Bajaj Finserv

Super frustrating app

My experience is more or less the same as other users have reported... everytime I need an OTP to login and OTPs for every other step.
I am currently trying to setup a e-Mandate and the session expires in 2 to 3 minutes by the time I am trying to fill in my bank account details. Facepalm. I tried it twice and gave up. The most irritating part is that I am forced to login using OTP even though login through mpin and biometric is enabled. Facepalm.
And, please don't give me that standard response that you have been giving everyone. Unacceptable. And no, I won't be contacting you to provide any additional information. You people already know what the problem is. I am uninstalling the app right away. No point of using such a app and I will go to some other financer for my EMI needs. Interest of 24% per annum for using your EMI card is ridiculous.

I had applied loan for 2 lakhs they forcefully added 5 lakhs to my account. The agent lied to me about the processing fee and other additional charges like insurance and some CPP health plan. Even after denying he kept on lying about these things.
Additionally right after applying loan here all other bankers and sales persons started calling me and they had all my information. This clearly shows that my details were shared across other financial institutions.
My experience was awful, especially agent lies about processing fee and other additional packages just for their incentives.

Since the last update (a few days ago) the app keeps on crashing (even the log in screen isn’t showing). It was fine though before the update. Can you check please?
Update- Again after one more update the app isn’t opening. FY your kind information, my system and all the apps have been regularly updated. So please check the app with the developers because I’m seeing so many people (with iOS) raising the same issue for the last couple of weeks and more.

I recently got a call from Bajaj for OD and they have given few details on that based on the discussion I have submitted all my documents, later they have processed the documents and I got a call from credit department and they clearly told they will not give the amount what initial agent was confirmed and the amount disbursement and the amount initially offererwas different so I told them I don't want loan. The guy who called me and yelling me that why I said no to credit team. Worst part is , he is telling I should say yes to everything what credit team say but later he ll sanction what was committed. How that's possible. Later the agent was yelling at me that I have wasted his time and also he told me that he will make sure he will teach me a lesson , so people beg do not share your details to Bajaj market people . They are froud. I ll also file complaint against them in RBI

Over Engineered App

It’s so much over engineered that it seems to have lost the very purpose. There is no correlation between many modules. A simple example, the App asks to set MPIN and/or Face ID + DOB. When you go for EMI card in this App itself, you need to again go through the cumbersome process of entering DOB. The method of DOB capturing is simpler at main App level but for EMI card it seems the old one has been retained. On mall, the products selection is also very slow.
Likewise, many features it seems are not working for the purpose. Download of simple account summary does not work.
Not sure, what’s the reason of such a heavy App that doesn’t work for the main purpose and give simple and easy experience.

Very Unsatisfactory documentation process

Opened a FD Account with Bajaj Finserv. But sadly documentation process after opening the account has not been satisfactory at all. Was not provided an FDR in hard copy as mentioned on completion of the application process and then they delayed sending in the soft copy too. On questioning they say the soft copy will be considered as a hard copy and they have discontinued hard copies. Once I receive the soft copy it comes in with a default FDR NO of 0000. How are customers supposed to trust the authenticity of such documents. With such fraudulent practices rampant how can they not understand the importance of legitimate documentation. All I can do is hope and pray that this so called FDR is actually valid and I face no issues at maturity.

While the features in the app are good, the most annoying thing is it asks for sign in every time you wanna open the app.
You have to enter mobile number and then OTP every time even though biometrics is enabled. This makes me feel like uninstalling the app.
Mobile banking apps open with Face ID once you set it up but this app asks for entering the mobile number and then OTP every time when you want to open. This is very irritating/annoying. If this can be fixed then it’s comfortable to use. A good app is ruined by this annoying feature. Face ID is already a secure login, don’t create hassle of signing in every time by entering details.

Over all applications is good and features also, however I’m not able to access all the features in IOS device. Request you to kindly resolve it. I’m not able to open EMI option on the very bottom of home page, not able to view all my cards. I’ve already completed E-mandate for EMI Network and EMI Card and it’s still asking me to process E-mandate again and again. These bugs should have to be resolved.

I have very good experience with bajaj finserv app as it provided me easy EMI through app only, i bought a phone with no-cost EMI from it. And now i can easily manage my EMIs through this app. also it has a locate us option as well which gives me store/branch locations where i can shop more.

Worst app ever, does not support ESIM

Just recently became a customer of Bajaj Finace and downloaded the app to view the details of EMI network card. To view the details the app needs to authenticate the phone number by sending an SMS from the sim card. Only I use an ESIM so there is no sim card in my phone. So the app does not let me see my EMI card details. The ESIM facility has been around in iPhones for over 3 years now, so this is pretty poor result from the developers of the app. I just wish I had never applied for this card from Bajaj Finance, as they always give me some stupid reasons for their shortcomings. Hugely disappointed from the Bajaj Finance company as well as their developer.

Dear team, I am your very old customer and I am very happy to use your service and that's why I recommend everyone your great service. I really like your paperless service but the last deal really makes me wrong. Your store agent (Irfan Ansari) assign me an RBL credit card without my concern and today I received it. When I ask him why my fingerprint is required he mentioned it for formality to disburse the loan. Even he took my adhar details on his personal email address and this thing looks very suspicious for me and I guess it does not fall under any business compliance. Just because of him I have to cancel all of my busy schedules and need to visit multiple branches to cancel the credit card. this cancellation will affect my credit score as well. I also noticed there is no feedback form or page or anything where I can describe this suspicious activity of your employee. Your request page is not working and throwing an error that’s why I have to share this feedback here..kindly take an action and acknowledge it else I have to take some legal way and I have the proofs.

Bajaj is not at all customer oriented i must say ,
Had to face prblm when emi didn't get deducted due to bank issues.
One cannot make payment on said dates. You hav to pay on particular dates as mentioned by the company . So you better remember the dates . If u make the payment between 26th to 7 th of any month it wont be reflected and the guys will harass you by calling innumerable times a day ( even if u have made the payment ) plus cherry on cake you get a penalty)
Second month
Dats not all the customer representative don't have proper knowledge . Asked them if i can make the payment in their branch between 26th to 7 th person said yes . Once you reach the brach close to u. U get to know they "only give loans and don't accept payment "had to waste an entire day and visit the branch that accepts payment again they say the same thing make payment during the said date ..
This such a big big issue is this .
Y cant one make payment . When ever they want . If the payment not done u harras through calls .
Now tried paying my 2 nd emi app not working . Online payment the final page is not getting uploaded .
And now this employee is talking to me so rudely like - hooligan like you wait and watch we will send ppl at your place and blocked my card . Would definitely give up the card now and not recommend it to anyone

First one where they promised me to give a credit card with a credit limit of 2L but at the end when the card came it was only of 35k. They are liars
Second story shows how sexist they are because i applied for loan which they turned down due to my husbands bad credit score. But i am an independent woman running a successful business since years but according to them woman can’t go ahead without the hands of their husband. When i asked them to officially mail me they denied so that they dont have the lawsuit on their hands. Absolutely worst people and worst platform

I had major issues when I was in front of a local biller while buying something with respect to in app experience and I had just used the app successfully like 15-25 days back for a decent app experience in a big Multi brand showroom.
I had to pay a huge convenience fee which I couldn’t see the breakdown of because my app was not working and I couldn’t login to see what was happening behind the scenes of. I tried to login in front of the biller for 25 minutes straight and then gave up after he used text messages to complete my transaction. I had literally walked out of a store if the transaction couldn’t be completed just because of the app experience.
At the time of writing this review I still can’t login to see anything but the marketing menu’s which advertise products works flawlessly. It’s still says guest and I can’t glance over my account or EMI information, I have to ask the biller and then
Make calculations as to what I am agreeing to in a EMI transaction. Fix it please!

I am getting the error while login to app and the error is Multiple ID’s found. I have raised 3 tickets and all those tickets are closed without proper explanation. Useless customer service and loot by this pathetic company. When I am trying to make payment then I get error that payment is not allowed on this server whereas if I got to withdraw magically it allows. Please understand that customer has problem and your company is way richer in money but not in behaviour.
Please do not upgrade the app without proper testing. Obviously less testing is expected coz they company do not want to pay better salaries to employees

I have applied for bajaj finserve super credit card with 0 joining fees. However, there representative who came at my home for KYC told me to made a payment of 799 INR saying that this amount you need to pay to avail the credit card which later on i come to know that he sold me an CPP policy without giving me any information related to that. Now, I am trying to reach bajaj for the same concern and to de activate that policy but there customer support nd IVR is so pathetic that it will not allow you to connect with any of the human who will help you. I have emailed them as well but didnot find any revert back yet. I will never recommend bjaja or RBL credit card to any one. Never ever apply for it, it will just make your life difficult.

Last June 2021 I had purchased Samsung washing machine and TCL Led 55 inches tv via BajajFinserv. I had completed the loan without any break or delayed payment. I am very happy with their services. I can view my monthly statement history and also I can easily download the NOC from the application itself. It is flexible and easy to access. No tedious process for getting these certificates. This app is in Appstore, means its developed for iDevices. But its not that optimised. Everytime it asks for OTP. There are login options like m-pin and Biometric login, but none of those works. It asks for mobile number everytime you login, OTP Comes, after you login, it asks for enabling or disabling m-pin and touch ID. When you make any change, it again asks for OTP. Here's the big issue... If you enter the OTP, nothing happens. Neither it goes forward nor reject the OTP. It remains the same, counting down the time for OTP. After the time ends, it asks for OTP again. Nothing happens. All you have to do is, skip the step and login. There doesn't the story end, if you want to login again after some time, the process starts with entering mobile number and asking OTP. I would never use this kind of app if I had any alternative. Actually I adjust with MobiKwik wallet app mostly for just tracking information. But having dedicated app, and doesn't work properly... It's annoying. Developer please address this issue.

Recently I received a call from Bajaj Finance employee who informed me to provide refund of my emi card. He then sent OTP stating that ‘the otp for refund is ####’, asked for the same and booked bajaj general insurance policy against my card.
It’s my urge to the company to detect the frauds that their employees perform in order to complete their targets. I wish i could give the person’s contact number but won’t on public platform, the true caller name of the person is ‘Rahul Patil (Sohel Momin). Kindly take strict against such employees.
I have written to the company, but haven’t received any reply. Awaiting reply.

You have to submit OTP every time in order to login. You can’t maintain a session or can’t you have a pin based authentication. I am authenticating through my mobile number and retrieving my account the same but whenever I check my personal details it shows NA and the worst thing is your back-end system. If the automatic payment system fails to auto debit amount from a customer bank on a non banking day your system debits the amount on the next working day and still add a due amount for the customer. I pay my bill on time but still due to your technical fault I am having a due now and your customer support is pathetic.

Very inconvenient way of paying your emi. If you’ve changed your salary account, you’ll be charged an overdue of 450 per emi even tho you’ve paid on time. Their app will not update the payment and you’ll have people calling you from the collections department everyday. Even after you give the transaction ID or the screenshot of your payment another agent will call you and ask for payment. There should be an option to change your bank details online especially due to covid times. They expect you to visit their office to update bank details and it’s very inconvenient. Atleast update the payment on your app once it’s made so that people can get saved from paying an overdue even after paying on time. This has royally screwed my credit score as well. Can’t wait to foreclose my account here once and for all.

Pathetic service and bank. I got the card the first time and was trying to make a purchase. Tried multiple times and transactions got declined multiple times. When contacted support, they replied that previous EMI has not been paid and hence transactions have been declined. WHAT A JOKE!!! This was the first time I got it and tried to purchase. Seriously pathetic and appalled by the level of service…Got the card blocked the same day and will never try it again nor will I recommend it to anyone. This is a FRAUD BANK meant to sell card to make money!!!!! Never ever trust this Fraudesters!!!!!!!

The big issue is with otp based log in for every option. And it is surely not for security purposes it is only for timepass. Second thing otp never receive in time. Third thing bajaj finance only plays with you. I am getting 10 sms daily for pre approved offer but after submitting details it is showing not elegible. So what is the meaning of pre approved offer. And most important for some options like personal loan and loan against property, after submitting the form i am getting reference id from that id details never show in the app if you check next day or later or as they said our representative will call, no call will receive nor any sms or email receive for the status. Very third class and poor service.

Don’t choose this platform for long term loans. I had applied for loan and they did provide but there are so many hidden charges which they didn’t tell initially. When I got to know about these charges in the middle of loan process and I said I don’t want it and plz close this loan then they again demanded processing fee to close it. I have paid approx 40k for nothing. Interest rate is also very high here. Plz pay attention at interest Rates. Other platform are better since there are negligible processing and hidden charges. And I am paying monthly interest for these charges. Now I am applying for similar Loan from different platform and will pay this 40k to close this loan.

I have paid the EMI dues before the due dates and on time payment, at the last month of Emi due I paid it before the due date ,but the funny and sarcasm here is the bajaj representative calls me and informed that your EMI is due and not made the payment. I gave them the receipt number of payment, they said it’s fine, again day after day I get call stating that emi is due. And suddenly one guy calls and states that you have paid the EMI before the due date so it will not get reflected. Is this a joke ?? Making payment before due dates is a sin or can’t be stored in such a big cloud platform for all the transactions made ??
And again today’s call was same
EMI payment is pending,
First the customer support guyz need to calm the customer in a respected manner.
They call us and start your emi is pending and didn’t pay( that, this , why and all ) before letting us speak.
I’m not gonna pay the EMI due again.

Bajaj finance is good but this app is as bad as anything......i have taken TV and have loan i have paid 4 emi......from the day when i took loan...i tried to login to this App but everytime when i try to login......First step its ask me to enter my Phone number that step goes proper......Second it ask to to enter OTP even this goes properly......Third it ask for date of birth even this step goes properly......then Forth it ask me to change password enter old password and enter new password......this is my first time i dont know what is my old password i newer registered how can i enter my old password when is was newer created......please suggest is there a default password or help to login into your BAJAJ APP
