How do I sign up?
Tennis TV is free to download and browse, and some short videos on the FEATURES channel are free to watch without a subscription. To stream live matches, watch replays and match highlights, as well as access the full collection of replays and classic matches, a monthly or annual subscription is required. Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription. Auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.
Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

Vor Dezember 2021 lief die App stabil. Nun bekommt man immer wieder Fehlermeldungen und die Streams laufen nicht stabil und die App ist sehr langsam. Vor allem auf dem AppleTV muss man sich beinahe bei jedem Start über einen Code anmelden und die Navigation ist sehr sehr langsam. Schade, denn der Inhalt ist sehr spannend.

To be clear: the App doesn’t work on Apple TV. Forget about it. You are asked to re-re-re enter a stupid code via your browser. Why on earth is there no way just to enter your password and enjoy the program? On iPad you can open the App, go to “Live” just to find out that “live” isn’t live. I really have no idea why they changed a perfectly working App. Also sometimes the App asks to renew the Premium status. I already payed! What’s even worse is the support which probably is done by robots, not humans since you get standard answers. And here on Appstore they ask for “ticket number”. Avoid!

I don't recommend anyone to pay money to Tennis TV. I paid Premium for one year in June 2021. At the end of December I was cut off from Premium for an unknown reason. Several emails, messages on Facebook and Instagram did nothing, I don't even get a reply. They cheated me out of half a year of usage. Ich empfehle keinem an Tennis TV das Geld zu bezahlen. Ich habe Premium für ein Jahr in Juni 2021 bezahlt. Ende Dezember wurde ich aus unbekannten Grund vom Premium angeschnitten. Mehrere Emails, Mitteilungen auf Facebook und Instagram haben nichts gebracht, ich bekomme nicht mal eine Antwort. Sie haben mich um ein halbes Jahr Nutzung betrogen. TennisTV have confirmed they are aware of users having problems to log in yet there's no solution. In my case I can't even log in on my mobile while on AppleTV I find myself quite freqently on a loop of being asked to confirm my password via my mobile's browser. I am about to cancel my annual premium subscription now if this isn't going to be fixed quickly. Bad job, TennisTV.

Hello, I am texting here as you don’t answer me via email also not via support ticket and not on Twitter. I extended and PAID a yearly subscription last Oct‘21. YOU changed YOUR IT and app etc. I reset my password three times since then. Still, since Nov‘21, no premium content on my iOS TennisTV app. It tells me to buy premium. Look, logging in via PC/browser with my same account, it tells me I am subscribed and a premium user and I am able to watch premium content. But only via PC browser. Why not on iOS? I sent many many many times all hardware software billing information to your help and support email addresses. You never responded other than please send this and that. I uninstalled the mobile app, reboot iPhone etc etc I cannot make it work. WHEN WILL YOU HELP? WHEN WILL YOU GET IN TOUCH WITH ME? Actually, just fix my account server side? There, must be an issue!

- man muss sich ständig neu einloggen
- sehr unübersichtliches Layout
- teils katastrophale Bildqualität ( insbesondere bei Aufzeichnungen/Replays )
- sehr ruckelige Bildwiedergabe ( dies auch in erster Linie bei Aufzeichnungen )
- immer noch keine Grandslam Übertragungen
Pro:
- sehr professionelle Kommentatoren ( ohne dieses peinliche und oftmals despektierliche Gesabbel, das wir mittlerweile von deutschen Kommentatoren gewohnt sind… )

I love Tennis and want to support Tennis TV Live Streaming as we have with them a nice opportunity to watch great ATP Tournaments in a very good quality.
We watch often together with my wife and believe me that’s a huge pleasure.
There were a couple of issues with the new app but TennisTV did so far a good job to fix most of them. Actually I use it on my mobile device and Apple TV.
Therefore I have renewed my annual subscription and put my trust in them.

Update Ende April 2021: Die Übertragung von Monaco und von Barcelona war von der Bildqualität sehr gut. Nicht zu vergleichen mit dem schlechten Bild aus Miami. Ich werde das weiter beobachten.
Nervig ist lediglich, dass man sich zu oft immer wieder neu einloggen muss.

Nach 2 Jahren habe ich es wieder versucht mit der Tennis TV App auf einem 65er Smart 4K TV über Apple TV.
Leider ist die Bildqualität nicht gut. Der Ball läuft nicht flüssig, was auf einen nicht ausreichenden Datendurchsatz hindeutet. Damit macht Tennis keinen Spaß. Die 14,90 € sind umsonst ausgegeben (gut, dass ich nicht gleich das Jahresabo abgeschlossen habe).
Ich habe einen 100.000er Anschluss. Tennis aud DAZN, Eurosport Player, Sky oder Öffentliche läuft über das Apple TV ganz ausgezeichnet bei mir. An meiner Hardware liegts also ziemlich sicher nicht.

Ich war erst total zufrieden. Ich hatte nie Probleme mit Livestreams und die Qualität war auch immer gut. Allerdings hat das System nach einem Monat den monatlichen Beitrag abgebucht. Ich konnte aber nichts mehr gucken weil angeblich mein Abo abgelaufen ist. Sowohl bei ITunes als auch auf deren Website hieß es aber das ich weiterhin auch abonniert bin. Ich habe also bezahlt und konnte nichts gucken. Meine Email an das Supportteam wurde aus technischen Schwierigkeiten nicht zugestellt, auch nach mehrfachen Versuchen.
Dafür ist es einfach zu teuer.

Die Streams stürzen regelmäßig ab und man muss sich so gut wie immer neu einloggen, egal ob man “Remember this device” anklickt oder nicht. Oft kommt es zu Stream-Fehlern für die es keine richtige Erklärung gibt. Das Abo sollte 5€ und nicht 15€ kosten. Gebt nicht euer Geld für sowas aus!!!

While I appreciate the live coverage of men’s tennis very much, I deplore the total blockage of all the women's tennis in the same tournament, and often played simultaneously. Surely some arrangement with the WTA can be made to keep your tennis fans informed of the whole picture.
Ideally a combined ( possibly weighted) WTA/ATP broadcast would be best, and in my opinion well worth paying for.
