You found the lost phone of a woman named Anna. In it, you see a desperate cry for help in the form of a video message. The phone behaves strangely as you dive deeper into it. You talk to her friends and they have no idea where she is. Her texts, emails and photo gallery provides fragments of information. It's up to you to piece it together.

SIMULACRA is an immersive narrative thriller using the interface of a mobile phone. Like all phones, you have messages, emails, gallery and all kinds of apps to look through. With a strong focus on realism, the game's characters are played by live actors and shot at real locations. Dive into Anna's life as you look at her private photos, go through her dating app or view her personal video logs.

Diese multiple-endings Spiele tauchen immer häufiger auf und ich liebe das! Macht echt Spaß zu sehen wie deine Entscheidungen einen Verlauf in der Geschichte ändern. Auf jedenfall ratsam. Danke an CallMeKevin für einen kurzen Abschnitt des Spiels um auf den Geschmack zu kommen.

Die Story entwickelt sich spannend, wenn auch etwas schematisch und „geskripted“ (Ich habe fertig mit X gesprochen, prompt meldet sich Y). Das Ende ist leider etwas einfallslos und enttäuschend. Insgesamt aber ein spannendes und unterhaltsames Spiel.

Story: Ihr haltet mit eurem iPad ein aufgefundenes Smartphone in der Hand. Es gehört offenbar einer verschwundenen Frau. Mit Hife ihrer sozialen Kontakte und dem Inhalts ihres Geräts versucht ihr das Verschwinden aufzuklären.
Unbedingt mit Kopfhörern spielen! Man kommt sich wirklich ein wenig so vor, als durchstöbere man das Handy einer Fremden. Sehr real gemacht!

This game got me by surprise. I knew it was something similar to Her Story but haven‘t played that yet. This game really is a masterwork of design. It gives very little and subtile hints how ro proceed, so when actually figuring out it feels very rewarding. The acting of some characters could be a bit better, but overall it‘s a solid job done! Had to play in one go, because I couldn‘t stop. 4-5hours journey well enjoyed and this game has multiple endings and choices to be made.

Ich finde es mega interessant diesen Mini-Thriller zu spielen. Man hat das Gefühl, dann man mit drinsteckt und das nur weil man ein Handy gefunden hat.
Ich finde das Spiel wirklich gut. Man fühlt mit und freut sich über die Nachrichten um endlich herauszufinden wo Anna ist.
Von Puzzle bis Entscheidungen ist diese Spiel sehr durchdacht und abwechslungsreich! Die verschiedenen Enden machen Geschmack auf nochmal spielen!
Jeden Cent wert und bitte macht weitere Spiele !

Was zur Hölle habe ich gerade gespielt?
Und ich meine das in einem komplett positiven Kontext...
Ich hätte nicht gedacht, dass nach SIM ein Spiel rauskommen könnte, welches diese Genre auf ein neues Level hebt... SIM hat das Genre etabliert SIMULACRA hat es neu definiert. Absolute Kaufempfehlung!

Das Spiel an sich ist super, es wird stimmig und packt einen vom ersten Moment. Die Soubdatmosphäre ist nett, teilweise überraschend, das Voiceacting super, allerdings ab und an etwas schlecht zu verstehen, da schrecklich genuschelt wird. Ansonsten ist es eine solide Schnitzeljagd, einem wird nicht langweilig und man will es unbedingt durchspielen.
Einen Stern Abzug wegen dem wirklich schlechten Ende. Es wirkte auf mich einfach nur lächerlich, als hätte man keine Lust oder keine Zeit mehr gehabt. Da hätte man eine andere Lösung finden können, denn auch fünf Möglichkeiten sind besser auszuarbeiten. Es wirkt gehetzt und ideenlos.
