I wait for every episode

This podcast is both educational, incredibly moving and makes me laugh out loud every time I listen to it. I am German and have lived in Ireland and the UK, where I discovered the podcast. It captures for me a lot of British, Irish, Australian humor in particular (despite other International guests), but it never feels "clique-y" or excluding in that sense. As a non-native speaker I can very much enjoy the humor and most of all understand the issues discussed. The host Deborah is very honest, relatable and smug (in a good sense!) and brings up difficult topics with ease. Her guests are always incredibly funny and fascinating characters. I love it!

Hilarious and enlightening

The struggle is real. The notorious DFW highlights important issues for women and men and everyone in between while being upbeat, funny and honest about our shortcomings as humans and as feminists. Always packed w/ interesting guests. I simply love the show and will def. get the book!

One of my staple podcasts

Discovered this fantastic podcast at the Edinburgh Fringe and now I'm working my way through the archive. The best thing about it is that they discuss huge, complicated, serious topics without taking themselves too seriously, which is something that feminism can really do with.

Awesome podcast, funny and inspiring!

This podcast has a different challenge every time and guests coming on the show. They talk about the challenges women face in today's world. They don't sweet talk things, but still don't lose their humour and show you don't have to be perfect, even as a feminist! Thank you so much for your work, this show has really enriched my life!

Brilliantly funny as well as inspiring.

A fantastic mix of humour, politics, female support network, consciousness-raising and banter. I love it to bits and am always keenly anticipating the next episode. Sofie and Deborah continue to inspire me to stand up for myself and not give in to the pressures of what "society" expects me - as a woman - to wear, say and be. Five stars!

Because I am always excited for the next Episode

And - let's be totally honest here - I am mildly afraid that Sofie won't approve of me any longer if I didn't rate five stars.
