So I have ever been a huge fan of know Novak djokovic because I am also a tennis player. Hearing the things from him from a role model I have for my whole life is really inspiring and I really love this podcast and I took so much with me and I learned a lot from this. I learned a lot from this podcast from me and myself and for my inner self and how to change something. Thank you so much for Giving me the opportunity to listen to this and to hear stuff like that from such a huge person like Novak.

My first ever public comment on internet! 😅 It was been there done that moment but more so realized they are actually mistakes. Had definitely given thought about it in past too but never dared to confront it to myself. Jay, thanks for this podcasts. I’d say... talk about yourself, your experiences and insights, these are really good. Interview less other „heroes“. I personally can’t relate to the conversations in interview style that much. Also, your ads are a total disruption and turn-off for me. I don’t want to hear it, and I don’t even live in a country where I could order whatever you think I should eat from „Green whatever“ and „Care of“. Sorry for the critical review.

Hey I want you to know that this episode was truly inspiring. Especially when Novak talked about his time in Belgrade while it was bombarded. My parents also grew up in Yugoslavia during the war but luckily found peace in Germany where they immigrated and I grew up.

I love how both of you try to live life ON PURPOSE while having two completely different stories. I hope that your stories and this podcast will help me find my purpose in life.

One important lesson I have learnt from Jay Shetty is that: you cannot be anything you want but you can be everything you are. From you (Jay) I have learnt to always dig deep into myself, to perform personal excavations. I have discovered so much pain, shame, regrets, happiness, strength and anxiety inside of me and I am working on them.
