Just listened to episode 32 with Bill van Erp, librarian for Gensler SF. Was thrilled for once to hear from someone so integral to the functioning of a design office, who is neither from the money nor design side. His humour and experience made for a delightful listen, and one from which we can all learn a valuable lesson - that humility and happiness are too often estranged from one another. Well done, Bill!
