Dr. Becky gives my life advice!

Not even specific to parenting, there are always really helpful small frameworks that are easy to use and easy to remember, so that I can act on my wish to live my life as a mom with more levity and clarity

Wow! Every parent must listen to this.

Dr. Becky is super knowledgeable. Her content is very deep as an expert parent. The way she uses psychology in her life & as a parent, those little nuggets helped me a lot.
Thanks, Becky :-)

Very meaningful and helpful

I started following Dr. Becky on Instagram a while ago but I especially LOVE her podcasts. I really wait every Tuesday to listen to them ( I am not sure when they are published in the USA). Anyway I learn really a lot from them and it makes me reflect on my own childhood a lot and the way I and my siblings were raised. Only now I realise how I missed being raised in a respectful, gentle way. Unfortunately it has great consequences in my adult life in a way that I want to limit or avoid any contact with my dad.

Incredible tools for raising kids in a respectful way

I’ve been following Dr.Becky on Instagram for a while and find her perspective on a lot of things really insightful. I didn’t want to raise my kids how I was raised, but I’m lacking the resources and understanding to do things differently.
Listening to the podcast made me realize how I can understand my daughter better and to see things from her perspective. It’s helped me become more patient. We’ve been using the “close your eyes” tactic and it’s worked wonders in getting her to cooperate. We all leave the house now without being irritated and annoyed by each other.
I look forward to hearing more about your insights and will definitely book a workshop or two to broaden my knowledge and how to raise kids in a really caring and respectful matter. Thank you!

Life changing and confidence inducing

You know how you have small toddlers climbing out of the crib and parents struggling to keep them in the bed or the room. Well we have the opposite. A child 3,5 years old that never leaves his bed or the room due to fear.
Thanks to Dr. Becky’s insightful podcast, especially the episode about fear and how to talk to kids when they are afraid he has finally started leaving his bed on his own. He came to our room in the middle of the night with a very “Look how big I am”attitude 😍
This resources that Dr Becky puts together as well as very concrete examples of how to speak have been a life changing for us, and confidence inducing for our son.
Very warm recommendations from our side!
